βThis place has excellent service. We were looking for a cermonial sword for our wedding ceremony and found a beautiful sword here. They stayed open late for us in order for us to pick it up. Would purchase from here again.β

βWent to get three different types of boots for my motorcycle,the two people at the counter matched my old ones and they fit perfectly. Bike shop Said they would take 10 days to get from Japan and cost three times as much.if I ever need any other bolts I will be sure to go back.also i let all my motorcycle buddies know where to go when needing bolts for their bikes.β
βThese people that work here are amazing starting at the front desk lady all the way to back! Tho my guy that helped me out did accidentally shorted me one part...I was able call just before they closed and they left the piece outside so I could grab it on my way home saving me an inconvenient trip thank you!!:..needless to say if you have been here they have the best selection of tools anywhere...look out boys as the front desk lady said " oh oh big boy toy store" lolβ

βA little over a year ago Contemporary Bath and Kitchen renovated our kitchen for us. As we have had plenty of time to use and enjoy our kitchen we thought weβd share a review of the quality and workmanship. We are completely happy with our little kitchen. We both love to cook and bake and so it gets a lot of use. The quality is excellent, everything from cabinets to quartz counter tops to the gorgeous granite sink still look like new. We had a small space for the kitchen and Tylerβs design used the space to its full potential. We have so much storage and a large island and yet the kitchen looks twice as big as it did before. Jesse did the majority of the installation and his work is impeccable. Everyone at Contemporary is so pleasant to deal with. Any questions or concerns we had were answered quickly and to our satisfaction. Tyler and Leanne run a great company, weβd definitely want them to do any future renovations we might need.Walter and Reneβ

βAce Mats are by far the best rug company in Calgary. I clean with my custodial brand interior of buildings, Glass Castle Services and here is what I love about this company. 1. They reply fast on any stains or issues that come up on the rugs as the buildings I clean are high traffic 2. The rugs are large, dark and beautiful all the time, making my brand look just as good. 3. They come often enough so the mats always look clean and fresh. I take pride in my cleaning business and it is great working with vendors who also have great products and services.β
βA shaft in one of our Emtek privacy lock door handles broke (kids!). Went there and they gave me a replacement part for free! Ladies were friendly and helpful. It was an easy fix. Thank you!β

βI've taken a few tools here for repair under warranty, they've always been fantastic and very helpful. One time they had to send a tool to Edmonton for repair, as Milwaukee wanted to see the tool for themselves to confirm warranty coverage, Industrial communicated all information clearly over the phone, and Milwaukee decided to replace the entire tool instead of repairing the old one.β

βGreat experience. I needed a single 256mm cabinet pull for a repair I was doing. The staff looked through their samples to see if they had one in stock that would work, unfortunately they did not but were able to get my order in next day from a local manufacturer for a great price!I noticed they have beautiful wall hooks (part of the &more) that are imported from all over! I will definitely be going back and might even have been inspired enough to make a project out of replacing all our cabinets hardware!β
βI want to give a very positive review to Jay (supervisor) who helped me with a problem I was having with an on-line order for a Toro snowblower. My order seemed to be stuck at the warehouse and was not getting shipped. I checked on line and the Home Depot at Country Town Square showed 4 units in stock. I took my paperwork to the customer service desk at this store and asked for a manager and Jay was right there. He followed up on the internet order and checked the store inventory which showed the 4-units in stock. Without hesitation he refunded my internet order amount, offered an additional discount on one of the in stock units and I was 100% looked after in under 10 minutes!
I am extremely please with the service I received!!!β

βWell stocked, organized and has more helping hands on the floor than other similar stories which is great. There was no line-up to get in at the time I went in which is a plus these days.Also, I noticed some items cheaper than at other stores (ex. Small blue propane cans, mower tractor motor oil, ... Almost by 10%)My experience using the washrooms by the garden center was quite interesting though. After flushing the toilet backed up. There was a plunger next to the toilet seat which was convenient but also shows that the store was aware of this problem.I went to wash my hands and the faucet cold tap hand was laying on the sink beside the faucet and the hot tap had no water.I used another skink which worked but the whole faucet was quite loose.Kinda funny because everything they need to fix it is right there on the shelves outside.β

β"I went to Home Depot recently to pick up wood for a DIY project, and while the employee I eventually found was very helpful and knowledgeable, it was a bit of a challenge to find assistance when the store was busy. They gave great advice about which wood to choose and recommended some tools I hadn't considered. Unfortunately, the checkout process was slow, as only two registers were open despite the crowd. It would be great if Home Depot could add more staff during busy times, but overall, I had a positive experience.β
βThe floor staff Linzie went above and beyond to help me find an item I was looking for that wasn't on the shelf where it was supposed to be. He even took my number and when the item was found he called me to let me know.β

βHad to pick up a part to continue work on a home renovations project, this was one of the only stores that would supply it for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, I realized this as they were close to closing. I called asking if they would be able to wait a few minutes longer after closing, and one employee, Lester, agreed. I ended up making it there in time, but he didn't seem annoyed at my request, and was very helpful in getting the part. Would recommend.β
