Although he couldn't take it back for me as this is the post office duty to do so, he wrapped up my equipment with bubble wrap and even taped the box for me so cause me less hassle when I was ent to the post office. “My phone with Koodo had issues with 5G network and only connected to LTE for the past few years. I’ve gone to other locations and all they’ve done is switch out the SIM card for me and it still didn’t work. Today Karan was patient and called the Koodo tech people and worked on my phone until I got 5G network. Even though the store was quite busy today Karan was patient and courteous to not just myself but to other customers ensuring that they will be helped soon. The whole team from what I observed was very helpful and professional.”
