A few weeks ago, she took so much time to talk with me in depth about raw feeding options, answering every question thoroughly and thoughtfully — I never felt rushed. I have not had a nutrition conversation like this before at any other pet store, or with my vet for that matter.
Based on her recommendations, I switched my dog Pablo to K9 Choice, and the results have been incredible. He’s lost the 2 lbs he gained from kibble over the past year, has noticeably less eye discharge, and is absolutely obsessed with his food (he literally spends 20 minutes licking his bowl clean — very on-brand dachshund behavior ?).
But the biggest change really hit me tonight: Pablo started playing with his toys again. I had assumed he was just slowing down with age, but he spent a solid 30 minutes happily squeaking and playing like he used to — something he hasn’t done in a long time. It honestly made my heart so happy.

The trainers are very professional and knowledgeable as well as approachable. My Aussie puppy can lay quietly in an off leash park while I chat with another dog owner. The puppy, and adolescent classes last a year and you can choose from a variety of times that are suitable for your schedule. We go 4 times a week.

Poppy goes to Full DayCare. Day care breaks up both ours and Poppy's week. Daycare provides socialization and tires her out!
We also use the boarding services offered through Pup City. We feel confident with leaving Poppy in their care.
We also have booked Poppy in for the grooming services at Pup City. She leaves with a clean cost, turned nails and smelling great!
Pup City has so many services that are beneficial for any pup as they get comfortable with the surroundings and staff.

The pistachio was incredibly creamy with an authentic nutty flavour, and the stracciatella had generous, rich chocolate pieces that added the perfect texture. The charcoal waffle cones were also a pleasant surprise, not overly sweet, which balanced the ice cream perfectly and let the flavours shine. Such a treat and an absolute gem of a find! Highly recommend dropping by if you’re in the area.

Beautiful, full bodied, roasted to perfection, a lack of acidity. Have had multiple drinks here in the past, but a straight up coffee is a good measure of quality, and it was perfection.
They’ve a small selection of pastries and food. I’ve absolutely enjoyed some of their pastries. Will now make a point of going to try other menu items, though I do wish for more vegetarian options, but I suppose easy enough to order and omit meat.
This place is a gem, there is typically a line, but it moves fast and the staff are lovely.

We started out slow and gently, and in time Sugar has made himself very comfortable! He loves his fox plush, raspberries and personal space very much, doesn't mind some love between his ears every so often, but shys away from the brush which we are still working on! His favorite lounge spot is my swivel chair which I have been forced to surrender to him. We call it his throne! A massive thank you to CHS for giving important information and care advice during the entire process, and even more so for letting my socially awkward self adopt this anxious king. I've learned a lot in the past ten months about rabbit care, and I can't wait to help another bunbun in need from here specifically when I have a bigger place!!
