A few weeks ago, she took so much time to talk with me in depth about raw feeding options, answering every question thoroughly and thoughtfully — I never felt rushed. I have not had a nutrition conversation like this before at any other pet store, or with my vet for that matter.
Based on her recommendations, I switched my dog Pablo to K9 Choice, and the results have been incredible. He’s lost the 2 lbs he gained from kibble over the past year, has noticeably less eye discharge, and is absolutely obsessed with his food (he literally spends 20 minutes licking his bowl clean — very on-brand dachshund behavior ?).
But the biggest change really hit me tonight: Pablo started playing with his toys again. I had assumed he was just slowing down with age, but he spent a solid 30 minutes happily squeaking and playing like he used to — something he hasn’t done in a long time. It honestly made my heart so happy.

Not only is he extremely thorough and conscientious with diagnosing your pet properly and making sure they are sent home with the right medication the first time, he does what no other Veterinarian I have seen do in over 30 years of owing pets!! He actually books a follow up appointment the following week to double check and make sure your pet is on the right track as far as healing & responding properly to their medication!! I was not feeling confident about the support my cat was getting and for his and my benefit I decided to get a second opinion. I’m glad I did. I’m feeling more confident for my cat again, Dr. Mahsa, seems to recognize what may be needed and possible options to ensure my boy is getting what he needs to maintain his diabetes and to stay with me given his health and it’s limitations with diabetes. He’s only 12 and I don’t want to lose him, before I was feeling I might. Now I feel hopeful again.
I have now taken one of my other cats to Centre Street. She's very old, 19 this year. I worry as she ages that she still has a quality of life and that I keep her as healthy as possible. Planning and helping was given to do so. It was reassuring for me again, the attentiveness from Dr. Mahsa but also the other doctor who called the next day after the tests, to give me the information. My cats are well taken care of now, and has made a difference.

All of their pastries and cakes are delicious, and you would never be able to tell that there were no dairy products used. Everything is incredibly tasty and made to perfection. They really care and are passionate here about their product.
As a person who suffers from a dairy allergy and bad eczema from consuming dairy, it's amazing I can find a place like this one where I can still get a mouth watering and delicious birthday cake that has no dairy! God bless this store's existence and how extraordinarily well they've made all of their food. Bravo and see you soon for my next birthday!

The foster who had Rosalie (was Ashley) did such amazing work with her & set her up for success. It’s been an easy transition into our squad because of it. She is a beautiful soul.

4455 110 Ave SE, CalgaryIntended to do this some time ago, better late than never. I adopted -this- silly hairball March 2025. He is my second bunny, but my first son. We started out slow and gently, and in time Sugar has made himself very comfortable! He loves his fox plush, raspberries and personal space very much, doesn't mind some love between his ears every so often, but shys away from the brush which we are still working on! His favorite lounge spot is my swivel chair which I have been forced to surrender to him. We call it his throne! A massive thank you to CHS for giving important information and care advice during the entire process, and even more so for letting my socially awkward self adopt this anxious king. I've learned a lot in the past ten months about rabbit care, and I can't wait to help another bunbun in need from here specifically when I have a bigger place!!
