I bought a Pro-fleece whelping pad from Tyebrushe last August. My first opportunity to use the pad and understand the incredible amazing properties of the pro fleece has been the last couple of weeks. WOW!!! As the pups hit 2 weeks I immediately regretted not having bought at least 2.
Unexpectedly I had family planning a visit from Calgary, all last minute. I texted Tyebrushe thru the website with lots of questions, a couple of dilemmas and no idea how to make it all happen. Staff was responsive, helpful and made everything easy and painless. I will have my 3 (?) extra Pro-fleece in no time at all.

That was especially fantastic as my daughter (it's her cat had to leave the next day to the Netherlands for at least six months). It was such a relief for her to know everything was okay.
