“I took my 16yo son to the Volcom Market Mall location today and we had EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Mitch. Being in retail myself, I 100% appreciate someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and truly enjoys what they do. Mitch is in his element and was incredible at helping us pull a new wardrobe full of clothes. At one point my son said that Volcom needs to pay him more because he literally loved every piece Mitch brought him. Towards the end of our shop, Mitch was multi-tasking helping another customer and answering the phone. He made it look effortless and still managed to continue to help us. Thank you so much Mitch!!!”

“Wow this store is organized, minus the toy area but that is too be expected. I liked most of the clothing items, some had pet hair on it so keep that in mind if your kid has allergies, it could have been a transfer from a customer but we did see a few items like that. Otherwise the selection was soo good, all the staff were smiley and friendly, all the clients were polite (aisles are small so you have to verbally excuse yourselfnl to pass by). As first time shoppers there we enjoyed the promo they offered us. This locatio is 1000 percent better than the NE one, you can see my review on that location. 😉”

“Great selection of kids clothing and shoes, toys, books and adult wear. As a consignor, I don’t feel I’m getting the best return on my items compared to other consignment stores. Also don’t love that they only offer credit notes (that expire) when you return something...seems outdated and not fair business practice. Overall a good consignment store that I have recommended to many friends and family.”

Even though the store was really busy at the time, she stopped what she was doing and helped me look around. I also noticed that the managers helping me at cashier are a bit rude and condescending, which was an unpleasant visit for me.”

“Stopped into Zara at Chinook Centre while in Calgary. Big, beautiful store in a very clean and fun mall. I headed downstairs to the men’s section and found plenty of sharp, reasonably priced spring items. I was really hoping to find their sales section, as Zara can have some great deals, but those are usually easier to find during the shoulder seasons than in the middle of spring. That said, I spotted a couple of pieces that caught my eye and may be worth coming back for, even at full price.”
