“After my terrible experience at Brentwood, I came here to this location which I frequently visit. The manager was able to apply my coupons which were mistakenly shown as used. This location also had the correct LEGO gift with purchases in stock, and LEGO savings cards which Brentwood lacked. Thanks for running your store well and keeping it well stocked. “This shop and their staff are The best!Lulu and the team could not have been more helpful.Not only does the shop stock completely beautiful kids and baby things but the staff go More than the extra mile to help customers. I wanted to order a replacement blanket for my baby daughter as her Special one was inside our car when it was stolen. I searched Everywhere and eventually managed to track one down in Enfance. Sadly I don't live locally, so the staff responded to my email sos and created a custom order for it to be shipped directly to me. It arrived in less than a week and could not have made me and my daughter happier.I really didn't expect this level of customer service and support. What a great, great shop and team. I hope the owners know what an awesome staff they have. Thanks again folks”

“I was at this location at South Center Mall today with my daughter, found a very funky shirt which I wanted to try for myself. Went into the fitting room and by mistake left my very expensive sunglass in the room. The person. who was in charge of the trial room area - Joy ( was wearing a yellow hoodie on Jun 5th evening ) found my shade took the extra step to found me in the store and hand me back my shade . “This store is super super awesome. I just came in to get a pair of boots that were showing in stock on the online website. I was here near closing time and they found my item. I had to wait when they were checking in the back because there was a lineup, but to other staff people came to check on me. One tall guy and a shorter lady. Both were super helpful and went to look in the back for me. Excellent customer service and really lovely sales people.”
