“I took my 16yo son to the Volcom Market Mall location today and we had EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Mitch. Being in retail myself, I 100% appreciate someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and truly enjoys what they do. Mitch is in his element and was incredible at helping us pull a new wardrobe full of clothes. At one point my son said that Volcom needs to pay him more because he literally loved every piece Mitch brought him. Towards the end of our shop, Mitch was multi-tasking helping another customer and answering the phone. He made it look effortless and still managed to continue to help us. Thank you so much Mitch!!!”

“I visited this Old Navy Outlet recently and overall had a decent shopping experience. The store has a good variety of clothing for men, women, and children, and there were plenty of styles, sizes, and seasonal items to browse through. It's easy to spend some time looking around, especially if you're shopping for basics, casual wear, or discounted pieces.
One thing I appreciated was that the fitting room queue, while quite long, was handled in an orderly and organized manner. The staff seemed to keep the line moving fairly efficiently, so the wait felt reasonable considering how busy the store was.
However, there were a couple of frustrating issues. Some items on the racks did not have price tags, which made it difficult to know whether they were worth considering without having to ask for assistance. At the checkout, I asked the sales attendant about pricing and the super cash promo, but it felt like they weren't fully listening to my question, so I had to repeat myself more than once.
Despite those minor inconveniences, the overall selection and organized fitting room process made the visit worthwhile. With a bit more attention to pricing labels and customer communication, this location would provide a much smoother shopping experience.”

“I went in to return an item I got online and it turns out you can only return these items to Chinook or downtown! Anyway - I was in a bit of a rush but three of their very helpful staff members helped me to print off the return slip and package it up and directed me to the Canada post just down the stairs. I really appreciated their help!”

“Stopped into Zara at Chinook Centre while in Calgary. Big, beautiful store in a very clean and fun mall. I headed downstairs to the men’s section and found plenty of sharp, reasonably priced spring items.
I was really hoping to find their sales section, as Zara can have some great deals, but those are usually easier to find during the shoulder seasons than in the middle of spring. That said, I spotted a couple of pieces that caught my eye and may be worth coming back for, even at full price.”
