“I am writing this review because of the excellent service I received while at Xtreme. I purchased my truck at a different dealership, and it quickly developed a multitude of issues after only a few kms, and I do mean very few kms. Mike, the service manager and his team of technicians were able to pull apart the engine, fix all the known and unknown issues, and as the clock ticked to closing time on a Friday, they all stayed. Four technicians and the team leadership stayed to ensure the truck was put back together, road tested and safe to drive back north the following day. True to the stated quote, they did not deviate from their price point despite all the extra work that was done. I was kept in the loop while work was ongoing and they provided pictures of all work, before and after. True professionalism. I will continue to drive to Calgary from up north. The service was that good and I have not experienced this level of service, honesty and all around drive to make things better anywhere else.”
