Value Village, a Savers brand, is a global thrift retailer that offers a wide selection of gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. The store is well maintained, organized, and always stocked with new finds, making it a popular stop for those looking for unique and affordable items. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, including helpful employees who assist with finding lost items and provide excellent service. The store’s staff members are often praised for their friendliness and willingness to help, creating a welcoming environment. However, some customers have noted that the store has a strong smell, which could be improved with air fresheners. Recently, the company's policies have changed, including no change rooms, no returns, and only 14 days for exchanges, which some find inconvenient. Pricing has also become a concern; prices are higher than in the past, and discounts like coupons are now limited to higher spending thresholds, making it harder for shoppers to feel they are getting good deals. Despite these issues, Value Village continues to support the community by purchasing donated goods and helping nonprofit organizations. Overall, it remains a popular destination for thrifters seeking quality secondhand items, though some wish for better pricing and store atmosphere.

Lots to chose from. Pam at che kout was awesome as was Dave in drop off and loading - very friendly young man. The ONLY reason why i didn't give 5 stars, is the store smells. Perhaps some airfresheners etc wouldn't go a miss.
