“This place is incredible! Since gaining weight it's been so hard to find clothes I like, especially in thrift shops. I spent less than $200 and got three dresses, two skirts, a pair of pants and a bunch of tops and sweaters, every one unique, well-fitting, and high quality. I literally broke down crying in the dressing room as I tried on one item after another that looked great on me. Highly recommended.”

“One of a kind service in the city! Since they moved, they have even more services! Hot meals, art and games, addiction programs, indoor soccer, a nurse for wound care, free massages from local massage students, replacement ID cards... It's unreal what a small group can do with the support of their community! I hear they are working on more projects to have even more offerings!”

“Guillmore who did the move in of the couch I bought went absolutely above and beyond to help me and be kind. I’m a single woman living alone and had no one to help me take my old couch out. He absolutely did not have to offer help; it wasn’t his job but he did nonetheless and I am so grateful. It was a very difficult building and apartment to move the couch in and honestly I probably screwed up by not measuring my space first but he was kind and patient and didn’t give up! We need to be more understanding of movers, they have a hard physical job and do their best. MCC thrift is the best most reasonable thrift store as far as prices go too!!”

“Gf and I were quite surprised how huge this Value Village was, we tend to thrift shop and compared to Edmonton and Red Deer this one is double the size. Large selection, i think i eventually gave up in the men's section as it was getting tiresome haha but we enjoyed it”

A lot of great deals and a wide variety of clothing, housewares, bedding, books, movies, games, footwear, and a smaller selection on furniture. The staff have been helpful and always pleasant. There is lots of parking available and I find mornings is the best time to go there.”

Not very much to choose from, I suggest calling ahead. They do have lots of art and clothing. Store wasn't too busy but you may have to make multiple trips to find specific items.
Many items were broken, be sure to check the back of artwork for damaged frames. One particular g had the while backing and hanging wire was destroyed and they offer 1$ off the 12$ painting...”

“Great place and prices. Staff are very helpful. Fair pricing offers us a steal on a Christmas decoration that was not priced. Only downside is I wish they were open Sundays and later as it is hard to get to if you work regular hours.”
