“Leslie was super nice and accommodating upon approaching me entering the store looking for jeans. I'm a smaller girl and Leslie helped me find jeans that were a right length, just sadly didn't have in stock a size 8 in the pants I liked, but she made sure to tell me the name of jeans so I can make sure to look for them in Edmonton.
Leslie was very nice and personal too. I'm happy to have a cute chat with her about the rest of my day plans. I would recommend seeing her at Rick's if you're looking for the perfect pair of jeans. Thanks again Leslie! I hope spelled her name right.”

“This place is incredible! Since gaining weight it's been so hard to find clothes I like, especially in thrift shops. I spent less than $200 and got three dresses, two skirts, a pair of pants and a bunch of tops and sweaters, every one unique, well-fitting, and high quality. I literally broke down crying in the dressing room as I tried on one item after another that looked great on me. Highly recommended.”
“I love shopping here, the staff are always so friendly. The clothing prices and the value you get for your consignment are fair.
They are strict about the one bag per day policy, which sometimes I wish they’d just allow two when I’m purging my closet so I don’t have to drive back twice, but I understand the reasoning.

“In passing this store one can see a great example of shopability in the retail space, items are spaced well making it easy to browse and take in what's available.Given a great location and regular traffic after close there's an untapped window browsing opportunity,- Fieldstudy would benefit from highlighting product with in store lighting, and the name on the window being clearly visible.- Where the current blank awning is lit, just adding their name with a simply black on white would change this from looking empty at night to building brand exposure.”

“I’ve been consigning and shopping at Trend for 22 years! I was 18 when I started l, taught all my friends how to consign there, and even though I live in Toronto now I still come back to Calgary and always visit. My fav finds was a chunky gold MK watch in 2008, William Wrast jeans in 2010, and a skirt when I was 20 that I still have! They used to carry a makeup line called Lit I think? I wore the purple sparkles at my high school graduation in 2002! This store is a Calgary icon. I hope it stays there forever!”

“I took my 16yo son to the Volcom Market Mall location today and we had EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Mitch. Being in retail myself, I 100% appreciate someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and truly enjoys what they do. Mitch is in his element and was incredible at helping us pull a new wardrobe full of clothes. At one point my son said that Volcom needs to pay him more because he literally loved every piece Mitch brought him. Towards the end of our shop, Mitch was multi-tasking helping another customer and answering the phone. He made it look effortless and still managed to continue to help us. Thank you so much Mitch!!!”

“I was here here yesterday and was helped by Chanel. This girl is amazing. She was very enthusiastic and warm to everyone in the dressing room area. She was quite attentive and went the extra mile to make my shopping experience delightful.

“Awesome experience, yes you pay middle to top $ for your garments, but they're worth the investment. My stylist Mariia was amazing and understood what I needed + gave me more options to explore.
I also love the fact you can phone in with website item descriptions, and you show up with your garments ready for trial
This was my almost first experience spending more money on clothes but I have 0 regrets!
