We often purchase our dog items from them but my daughter and I came in for the trick or treat event in the downtown and being an 18 month old they had stickers for her and treat / food samples for our dog. Great idea by the store for the event. I know it may seem like kids and parents just pass through the stores for this event but it's a very nice gesture that doesn't go un noticed for future shopping. We will be back more often! Thank you very much for participating. It was very thoughtful.

80 Bow St, CochraneI love this store and the staff is so lovely. I just got a puppy a couple years ago and they gave me the best tips on how to feed and potty train her. Everything they’ve recommended worked! She was having a bunch of tummy issues before and they recommended a great dog food and it’s a game changer. I go there for absolutely everything now. I also highly recommend the dog groomers! My dog is very anxious and they are so gentle and sweet with her.

120 Fisher Ave, CochraneThe place is sorta sketchy looking (compared to other daycares - this isn't an attack on how the business performs but just how the building looks and the surroundings) but my dog seems to like it, if not love it and they did an amazing job with the grooming. The business is exceptional with "dog"care and do truly treat the dogs how they would treat their own. We also appreciate the aggression test for all dogs coming in. As our dog was attacked before.
The owner is always nice and everyone is really kind. Customer service is amazing. I do wish they would do tours of where the dogs will be as they do in different dog cares (based on the response by the business it seems they do offer this, but perhaps in conversation it wasn't mentioned and would be a benefit if it was). Overall a great place with transparency and such - The camera thing was also not mentioned but was mentioned in the response by the business which we weren't notified about, but it is something we will be looking into.
Overall the business does a great job, and we would recommend it to our friends and neighbours.

The real standout, though, is the service—Britt is incredible! She’s super friendly, attentive, and always makes you feel right at home. Her energy adds so much to the experience. One of our favourite spots in Cochrane—highly recommend!
