“I recently bought a car here at LA Mazda. Anish, one of the the salespeople, went above and beyond in this car buying experience. When we first got there, he personally washed the car and even brought it inside the service area so that we can get a great view of the car indoors. Not only that, prior to meeting, he even went the extra step of filming a video about the car to us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the entire car, and was well prepared with all the documentation regarding the car. He was very helpful every step of the way! Overall, it was truly a very great experience because of the customer service from Anish. I would 10/10 recommend!”
“Brought my F150 in for an estimate today. Muffler on the truck had broken welds, couldnt be welded. Got a quote to install new from the y pipe back. Went ahead with new and in about an hour from getting the quote i drove away. Excellent service, top notch workmanship. Highly recommend Tims.”
“Vehicle: Honda Crosstour 2010 (Suspension Issues)My vehicle came in for repairs and the upkeep maintenance and price point makes sense for what I drive and how rare the parts are. I did get a break down of the cost and services provided and it is what it is, not a dealership rip and not a I know a guy poor fix. It's a honest price for the right guy for the job.(Off rant a bit for people that say it costs to much)I'm not a guy that will low-ball everyone (service trades people) to save a penny and be pound foolish, there's to many out there and I get everyone would like a saving. If we can't kept good service guys in business we'll only get short cutting tradesmen (get what you paid for). Honest work for my money is what I feel I am getting here.As long as I'm driving and I live around the area I'm looking to bring my vehicle back around.Thanks Olie!”

Pressure, lies, deceit, anything to make the sale.Raoul here went out of his way to assist me in doing the deal, and was professional and listened to me. The most important things a salesman can do! I was impressed.The manager Danny, who also assisted was friendly and helpful. And finally Dave, was awesome! He explained things and was transparent in what he did, and was friendly as well.I asked a lot of questions, and received answers on everything.I would say that this was likely the best car sales experience I have had. “My family had the most amazing experience with purchasing our new vehicles from the Lexus South Pointe dealership. This was our first foray into luxury vehicles (we have always driven a Toyota) and the vehicle buying experience is like night and day. Our salesperson, Mr Jatin Kapoor, took very good care of us and treated us like family. He always made himself available to answer any of our questions and just went above and beyond to make us feel special and important. Jatin even went so far as to prepare a bouquet of flowers for mom on the day of pickup! This level of customer service is definitely a rarity nowadays! The excellent service doesn’t stop at Jatin! We also had the pleasure of working with Mr Milan Rezek, the director of financial services, and he too has been incredible and very accommodating all throughout this buying process. And Mr. Chris Button was an excellent instructor and he taught us some pretty cool tricks! All-in-all, can’t believe how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was! Not sure if it is a luxury car thing, a Lexus thing, or if it’s this dealership that is special, but we were truly and honestly blown away by these guys. Would definitely, without a doubt, come back here for our next vehicle! ( oh and the cars we got were pretty awesome too )”

He proceeded to tell me the manufacturer of that tirehad discontinued them and proceeded to show me the newer tire, same manufacturer. 26 hours later, installed, balanced, and paid for. “Excellent customer service. We went there because we needed our AC fixed on toyaota tacoma truck that needed to be done to be able to go back to work in Fort McMurray. They took our truck in right away, stayed late to finish it and called me the next morning. They also didn't have to re-charge my AC, so that saved me 100$. Highly recommend for service, price and quick turnaround.”

“The wonderful friendly team just helped us today. We had a tire blow out on the highway yesterday on our way towards Leduc. We called them up while driving on the tiny spare, and they ordered us a matching tire and installed it the next day very very quickly. They even ordered two tires in case it was necessary to avoid us waiting. Highly recommended :)”
“I ordered Nokian Hakka 10 tires (275/55/20) from KAL tire for our Ram 1500. They obviously did not read/do their due diligence when I came in and installed smaller (but more expensive tires) that should not be on our truck. After picking up our truck, I noticed it was off and called them-then had to return a week later to get the correct size (that I initially ordered). The Manager, Dalen Cervo, asked us not to drive to preserve tires for resale and showed VERY little concern for the inconvenience/safety issue they created. Unfortunately can't recommend due to poor management. If that wasn't enough, they also left a nice scratch on my brand new rims. Avoid at all costs! After looking at some of the other reviews, it's time to find another place that can admit their fault, don't deceive their customers and aren't so incompetent.Edit/Update: Management reached out and rectified their mistakes. They apologized and replaced all four rims.”
“I had a flat tire that was losing air very quickly. I realized I could either drive to the store before my tire lost air or I would be needing a tow truck within 15 minutes. I drove straight there andI showed up at 440pm (they close at 5) and they were able to sneak me in last minute. The team at the front and the staff in the shop went above and beyond. They patched the leak and I was able to still make it to my son's soccer game in time. Most importantly they treated me with the highest level of hospitality and costumer service.As a manager in the hospitality food service industry I know what empathetic, caring, and genuinely great people look like. The team at Kal Tire Ellerslie embody all of the above. I'll continue to be a big supporter of the brand and continue to send everyone I know to them. “I have a 2018 diesel and the speed reducing warning came on. I took the truck to the dealer ship and talked withTara the service advisor. She said they were completely booked but if I could leave it with her she would at the least have a diagnostic check to find out if the truck was ok to drive. A few hours later she came to me saying it was the throttle body, and needed replacing. They had none in stock but could have one brought in and have me back on the road by closing time. At around 3:00 O clock the truck was finished and ready to go. I was very pleased with my experience and the service I received. Special thanks to Tara and the mechanic”
