“We recently visited Brown outlet in the Edmonton Outlet Mall near the airport, and we had the absolute pleasure of being helped by a wonderful lady named Nikoo. We only had a few questions about different brands initially, but Nikoo went above and beyond. She was incredibly knowledgeable and so kind. She took an entire hour helping us find shoes that would help with our backs and foot comfort. Thanks to her, we walked out with three pairs—two for me and one for my son. Truly outstanding service. “Originally, I had had the most nightmare online Customer Service experience when with a placed order on May 6, 2025.
I received no emails or anything pertaining to my order and could not track it either. I called customer service and they told me they could not fill it so they had cancelled it. She said she would send an email, which never arrived. Then she says I could re-order which I don’t get if there isn’t. Stock to Fill my original order. No other explanation was given.
Yesterday, May 17, 2025, I found the same same sneakers at the Edmonton Airport Outlets Famous Footwear store.
I spoke to the manager, Conway, about my online challenges and great disappointment with unfilled online ordering experience.
He took the time to explain what happens when you place an online order, when new stock arrives, etc. The online Rep did not explain anything, only thatI could re-order. She was sending an email saying it was Cancelled but nothing received.
I received “OLD FASHION” Customer Service, from Conway! This definitely changed my feeling about returning to shop at Famous footwear.
I highly recommend this outlet store, above others, if you want to have an
Honest Customer service experience with a Manager who LISTENS!”
