Loren listened to my needs/desires and found many options for me to try on…she served me and others at the same time but did so with ease and swiftness…many other store service people would have run out of patience - she did not. I started out looking for one pair of shoes and my wife talked me into 3 more pairs, which included trying them on etc . Safwan was so helpful and patient regardless of the 7pm. closing time having arrived. He reassured us there was no need to rush. He was courteous and professional right through to bagging our items . “We came here to purchase heels for an upcoming wedding, and the selection was quite nice. Rasleen was an extremely helpful staff member, we were blown away by her willingness to answer our million+ questions and requests with a smile on her face. The only reason this gets one star off is because of the disorganization of the shoes, as well as the lack of availability in sizes. We purchased 1 of 2 desired shoes, but the 2nd we have to go purchase from another location because they are not stocked here. “Originally, I had had the most nightmare online Customer Service experience when with a placed order on May 6, 2025.
I received no emails or anything pertaining to my order and could not track it either. I called customer service and they told me they could not fill it so they had cancelled it. She said she would send an email, which never arrived. Then she says I could re-order which I don’t get if there isn’t. Stock to Fill my original order. No other explanation was given.
Yesterday, May 17, 2025, I found the same same sneakers at the Edmonton Airport Outlets Famous Footwear store.
I spoke to the manager, Conway, about my online challenges and great disappointment with unfilled online ordering experience.
He took the time to explain what happens when you place an online order, when new stock arrives, etc. The online Rep did not explain anything, only thatI could re-order. She was sending an email saying it was Cancelled but nothing received.
I received “OLD FASHION” Customer Service, from Conway! This definitely changed my feeling about returning to shop at Famous footwear.
I highly recommend this outlet store, above others, if you want to have an
Honest Customer service experience with a Manager who LISTENS!”

“I recently had an excellent experience at this shoe store and was very impressed with the customer service Raven provided. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind throughout my visit. She truly listened and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for.
The day before, I had visited another shoe store (Kunitz) where the service was slow and unorganized, and the shoes brought to me did not match what I had asked for. I had also purchased a sale item there and was not advised that it was only eligible for in-store credit, not a refund. I was also disappointed with their stock, as many styles shown on display were at other locations were unavailable or sold out.
At If the Shoe Fits Outlet, the shoes I purchased were also on sale, and Raven kindly advised me that if I decided to return them, there would be no problem. That level of customer service and honesty was truly appreciated!!
The store was welcoming, well organized, and the overall experience was exceptional.
