He asked us what we wanted and only showed us those models. He gave us space to discuss. He sent us all the information via text/email because we needed to confirm measurements at home. We were able to text him later that day and complete the purchase with him sending us the payment link and helping us to schedule a delivery date. Excellent service!”
“I came in two weeks ago looking for a specific style of stand-up freezer. Brano went above and beyond to help me. Even though we didn’t find the freezer that day, he took my name and phone number to call me as soon as the model I was looking for came in. He called yesterday and I just picked up my like-new unit. The rest of the staff were also friendly and very helpful with loading the freezer for transport. I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend appliance outlet.”

“Recently we had to exchange our sofa sectional as it had a tear in it, thankfully we purchased the extra warranty as this happened just past 4 years. I was extremely happy with our sales person (Brick South Edmonton), as well as the service guys that set it all up and took away the other one. We have quite a few unique arches and it was difficult to maneuver the large furniture up stairs where it was going. But they were amazing, no damage to any walls, very professional and proficient. I am slightly disappointed that the new version of this sofa (without the seam in the chase) was $1200 higher, I did feel that we should have received the sofa at no extra charge because we had warranty. But I don't feel this is the Brick's fault.”

“I have been shopping and receiving excellent customer service from many dedicated, hard working , talented and willing to walk extra miles daily from the the following associates from different departments, these associates are providing superb service to builders, contractors, tradesmen, individuals with creative solutions if asked. These associates are not there to get their pay checks, I am sure all those who shop at this location recognize this. The managers, frontline workers, cashiers, drivers, staff in all departments will say it is their job, they like serving us, yet, I say they are doing more without expectation. “An excellent experience. I had been all over town looking for this cheap little plastic piece and couldn't find it anywhere. Even though the potential sale was worth next to nothing, Patrick took the time to look deeply through the system inventory as well as the shelves to see if there was another solution to the problem and/or check in case the computer had missed something. I never got the sense that I was any sort of an inconvenience, and left the store with as much of the solution as he could provide as well as a full understanding of what I needed to complete it, why I was having trouble finding such a thing, and where I could likely turn one up. Thank you Patrick!”

He showed me all the decking alternatives, and when I decided on a product, he calculated what I needed for material, fasteners, etc., arranged the delivery and made sure I had everything I needed for the installation day. The deck looks beautiful, and I really appreciate his help.”
“This is my preferred location of LD. The store is medium-large, bright and it isn't hard to find staff for assistance. Everything is well organized and the store is very clean.
Today the store had much more selection of the item I was looking for than I had expected. To sweeten the deal, they were even handing out samples of chocolates. It was also nice that LD had at least one real cashier working today.
I found what I was looking for and was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. All and all, I had an excellent shopping experience.”

Coast not only matched the price, but beat the price by 10% and gave me free delivery as well. Wilma was my sales representative and she was very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. Don't bother wasting your time going to Trail, Home Depot or even Leon's. They all have the same price, so as a customer, convince me why I should buy from you. Beat the price or offer something to separate you from the competition. A job well done to Wilma for winning my business.”

“I wanted to give Brad, the manager of the tech department, a huge shout out for helping me yesterday. I went into the store to see if they could rush an online photobook order I had placed earlier in the day and he literally went out of his way to go upstairs and speak to the lab technician about my order (as I had a special requirement) and not only did he see to it that those requirements were taken care of but that my order was ready in less than an hour! “I always had a good experience with london drugs in general as they had good customer care. They are nice and they know what they’re doing. The store hadd many different departments and variations of food, holiday items and home items. I do find their photo service prices a bit too high thats all. I will be back to this store. for sure!”
