About FreshCo Heritage
FreshCo Heritage is a well-organized and professionally managed store that offers a wide range of products. Customers frequently praise the friendly and helpful staff, highlighting associates like Priya and Pooja for their exceptional service, patience, and welcoming attitude. These employees go above and beyond to assist shoppers, creating a pleasant shopping experience. Additionally, employees such as Sanjana and Luliia are appreciated for their caring, polite, and supportive nature, often providing helpful information and ensuring customer satisfaction. The store's environment is generally positive, with customers noting the staff's professionalism and kindness. However, some feedback points to areas for improvement, such as the quality of produce and meat, which some find mediocre. There is also a humorous note about the store's attempts to sell plants, which some customers feel are neglected and left to perish. Overall, FreshCo Heritage is appreciated for its friendly staff and diverse product selection, making it a good place for grocery shopping, despite minor concerns about product quality and specific customer service experiences.

Very helpful staff. Staff you don't normally in bigger stores.
Special thanks to the person who was at the self check out area, at 6pm on Sept 17, 2026. She helped me with my Scene plus issue.
She was very helpful and persistence in resolving the issue. Thank you.

Easily the best discount grocery store in the area! The aisles are wide and clean, making it a very quick and easy shop. The produce is consistently fresh, and you can find specific international items here that aren't available anywhere else. It is much more affordable than neighboring grocery stores.
