About Richelieu EDMONTON
Richelieu EDMONTON is a business supply showroom and warehouse noted for its amazing product selection, including hard-to-find hardware and unique counter tops. Reviews consistently highlight very good, friendly, and amazingly helpful customer service, with staff providing great advice. The showroom is described as beautiful and always clean. However, the customer pick-up process at the warehouse is noted as needing improvement for better efficiency. Some mention that the return policy is not very inviting and that service is very helpful to customers with an account. Many long-term customers praise the consistently friendly and efficient service from all staff.

These folks really helped me out with a discontinued set of failed cabinet hinges. Needed an exact match. Buddy helped me match them with an equivalent, didn't over charge me (as a retail buyer) and explained how to reinstall. Greatly appreciated since I couldn't find a match anywhere else I tried.
Cheers!

Paul at the pick-up desk is the best! He's super friendly and knows how to treat customers with positive energy and a smile. He's one in a billion!
