Running Room

Shoe Stores , Sporting Goods
Hours: The Running Room in South Edmonton Common is a well-stocked store that provides expert assistance to runners of all levels. The knowledgeable staff, like Tuscany and Hailey, are praised for their ability to help customers find the perfect running shoes and gear to meet their needs. Tuscany was commended for expertly fitting a customer with wide, flat feet, while Hailey went above and beyond to build the customer's confidence and excitement about running. Customers appreciate the store's convenient location near landmarks like Ellerslie Rugby Park, making it an ideal spot to explore the local running trails. The inviting atmosphere and sense of community at the Running Room also stand out, with one reviewer describing their experience as "rare" and "inspiring." However, not all customer experiences were equally positive. One reviewer felt the staff, apart from a helpful older male employee, did not provide the level of expertise and guidance expected, especially given the store's premium pricing. The reviewer felt they would have had a better experience at a more budget-friendly retailer. Overall, the Running Room in South Edmonton Common is praised for its knowledgeable staff, wide selection of running gear, and welcoming community atmosphere. While a few customers felt the service fell short of expectations, the majority of reviewers had a positive, even transformative, experience that left them motivated and empowered in their running journeys.
