My bike arrived in a box, in perfect condition and no scratch, but the original tools and user manual were missing!

“I came here a few months back to purchase some skis for myself and my two kids, and we were thankful enough to be assisted by a young man who clearly knew his stuff! (I think his name was Will). He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and clearly had a true passion for the sport. But beyond just finding us our gear, he was also a pleasant guy to talk to, and made the experience we had at totem that much better. I don’t know when il be in need of new ski gear thanks to his recommendations being so fitting, but when I am, I will certainly be coming back to totem!”

“Went there to look at some rock climbing shoes for my son. The staff there really know what they are talking about and I really appreciated that.
They even have a wall in the basement to try the shoes on. I have no idea what that looked like as I was browsing through the store when they went down. Needless to say, my son liked the recommended shoes.
Very helpful. We walked out with a pair of rock climbing shoes that my son was very happy with.
Definitely recommend them.
PS: we went to MEC right before and the level of service and knowledge was not comparable. At least I wasn’t convinced.”

“The best place to go for football ⚽ gear. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff help with kids and adult sizes. Jerseys are of course focused on European teams but you'll find a larger selection of everything else than any big sports store. Prices are reasonable and even cheaper than other places particularly for the kids sizes.”

“Just wanna say the guys here who helped me are straight up awesome and so helpful and knowledgeable. I came here as a last resort after two other ski shops I thought were good either had zero stock or zero knowledge. Honestly wish I came here to begin with. I got a pair of skis with hybrid bindings and boots and a couple more drop ins for boot tweaking and fixing a broken binding brake.”

“I didn't buy my skates here, but I ordered new outdoor wheels and new bearings. The first set of wheels shipped super fast, within 4 days. Then I realized I needed another set (didn't comprehend they came in a 4 pack and I have 2 skates.... thanks, brain) The second set had to be ordered, so it took about a week, but I live in the city and one of the employees drove out to drop them off instead of sending it through canada post, which I super appreciated. The wheels themselves are amazing and make skating outside so much easier.”

“Sunil always takes good care of us. I came in today to replace the shoes I bought from him 8 years ago (yes they lasted that long and I USED them a LOT). He even remembered my shoe size. From 8 years ago. Seriously.
We send our student to him for gear because we know he'll give them good quality gear that will keep them safe during training, for a good price.
He's always so accommodating and has even gone so far as to work with a supplier to design gloves that work for Krav Maga. Thank you Sunil! You're awesome!”
