Value Village is a thrift store offering gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. Many customers simply love this store, finding it a good place to spend a free afternoon where they can discover so much good stuff and go home with a bargain due to very affordable prices. The staff are also noted as being very friendly. However, experiences vary. Some shoppers report a nice selection of merchandise but caution others to be aware of pricing, noting it can be high, particularly in men's clothing, where items can cost the same as new. Other reviewers feel the store has changed, now charging thrift store prices for substandard, ripped, or torn clothing, sometimes even higher than sale prices at regular stores. Operational issues like long lines, scattered toys on the floor, and limited staffed checkout lanes have also been mentioned. While some always find a bargain, others mostly leave without buying.
Not too bad I guess, it seems like alot of the stuff, like I'm talking clothes, is quite old, like I mean OLD! It's as though it's been there for years and years, at least for the women's t-shirts, because that's all I had time to see, because the store was closing for the night.

Place has good variety but the pricing is all over the place. The books are insanely expensive. It's like they don't want to sell them. For a place that makes money Soley on donations of FREE items, they sure make things expensive.

Good amount of parking, clean/organized for a thrift store. Prices are a bit high and wish there were change rooms or a better exchange/return policy
