Patricia hit all our marks of excellent customer service. Our conversation was brief and polite to begin. Factual and pleasant. As we spoke I quite endeared to Patricia. We spoke about her home country El Salvador and it was a truly positive and polished service experience. Patricia should be given the opportunity to elevate her position in your company. “This convenience store has costed me lots of money due to my terrible inability to resist evening snacks, lol.
Have no complains here, however! The staff are always friendly. Usually always have a great selection of chips, cookies, energy drinks, refrigerated pep n ched sticks etc. They even bring in new chips to try every now and then. I love the Herrs Carolina Reaper cheese curls and the Herrs Carolina Reaper Crunchy Cheestix which they no longer have. Please bring them back!
The convenience store also appears to have to deal with a lot of drunks from EVP late at night, so props on them for catering to the late night/early morning patrons with the munchies.”
“Took my kids for dessert on the weekend and there was no line up. Walked right up and got 2 singles in a cup. Rainbow flavour and Strawberry. Both delicious. Many of the flavours were not available but there was still a good selection. Anfa was so friendly and efficient the kids liked her The area was clean. There was some tables there for the kidsGreat place to get ice cream”

“The store just started serving fresh muffins in theMorning! They also have taco in a bag using Doritos and cutting the bag open sideways. Owner Fared is super welcoming and friendly. It is Always a nice visit here!”
