“Recently we had to exchange our sofa sectional as it had a tear in it, thankfully we purchased the extra warranty as this happened just past 4 years. I was extremely happy with our sales person (Brick South Edmonton), as well as the service guys that set it all up and took away the other one. We have quite a few unique arches and it was difficult to maneuver the large furniture up stairs where it was going. But they were amazing, no damage to any walls, very professional and proficient. I am slightly disappointed that the new version of this sofa (without the seam in the chase) was $1200 higher, I did feel that we should have received the sofa at no extra charge because we had warranty. But I don't feel this is the Brick's fault.”

“We noticed it because of the large "store closing" and "must go" posters outside, so we decided to take a look.
The space inside was quite large and the staff did not pressure us. They politely mentioned that we could feel free to ask if we had any questions.
There were beds, mattresses, cabinets and more. The items were heavily discounted compared to the original prices. Although the prices were not lower than in other stores, quality of the furniture seemed good.”

“I want to start this review by saying the furniture we have ordered is beautiful and seems very well made, especially for the price. We have now purchased the VIGO tufted green velvet set (2023) and the Halotine U-shaped black velvet sectional (2024). Great pieces, I will say I think this particular style of furniture is made more for low traffic / light to medium use (looks nicer than is comfortable but is still comfortable enough). If you have animals / kids, I probably wouldn't recommend this kind of furniture unless you can keep them off. A lot of reviews state ifurniture is terrible, and although you do need to have some patience as their ordering process customer service and communication could improve, My wife and I have had a decent experience on both occasions. I recommend you read the emails and instructions very carefully and make sure you follow up regularly. I also recommend you go to the warehouse and pick up your own items. Our first purchase was a bit of a whirlwind because we were unfamiliar with their processes and missed the verification step after purchase. ifurniture has a credit card and driver's license verification photo that is required after purchase. This seemed sketchy to us but had no issues covering most of the info on both cards. The second time around, customer service said they didn't receive our verification photo email even though we sent it, but this was quickly resolved by customer service rep HAZEL in the online chat (which in my opinion has improved and she was excellent to deal with). We choose ifurniture for the very reasonable prices for beautiful looking furniture that you can't get too many other places. I'll end by saying if you order with patience, pay attention to detail in the emails/fine print, follow their instructions and follow up regularly with customer service as needed, you should end up having a decent experience. I cannot speak to what it's like to receive a damaged product as we haven't experienced that. Good Luck!”
