I was pleasently surprised with great friendly staff and great products.
Rachel really knows her stuff and actively helped me with multiple purchases including finding the right sleeping bag size online to then ship to the store.
There is a shopping atmosphere and customer service here that you dont find often.

“I had an absolutely amazing experience at Jobsite Workwear in Edmonton. I went in looking for new Timberland work boots and the service was honestly the best I’ve ever had at a workwear store.
Olivia and Cindy took the time to actually help me find the right pair instead of just pointing me to a shelf. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made sure the boots fit properly since I’m on my feet all day on concrete. On top of that, they were the only place in Edmonton that actually had the boots I needed in stock, which saved me a ton of time and hassle.
To top it all off, they even gave me some cool stickers for my hard hat at the end, which was a really nice touch.
Great service, great selection, and genuinely helpful staff. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Jobsite Workwear to anyone who needs quality work gear.”

“We recently visited Brown outlet in the Edmonton Outlet Mall near the airport, and we had the absolute pleasure of being helped by a wonderful lady named Nikoo. We only had a few questions about different brands initially, but Nikoo went above and beyond. She was incredibly knowledgeable and so kind. “This review is particularly for little young man Simon working is south common location of the shoe company. What a wonderful customer service skills he has. I have a little situation with my foot, he was soo patient helping me trying different shoes and explaining pros and cons of each. His product knowledge was excellent and so was his multi tasking. While helping me, if he found a shoe lieing down, he would put it on proper spot. And if another client had a short question, would answer that quickly while I was taking shoes on and off. He is definitely a candidate for a future manager.”

“I was at Marks on Sunday, Nov 2 @ 5:00pm-5:40pm, the store was absolutely chaotic as they had a sale going on. HOWEVER, the staff were incredible! There were 2 male employees (footwear department) that really stood out and seriously need to be recognized! They kept their cool under stressful conditions, remained polite, and were able to help EVERY customer when asked. I had to ask for help a couple of times and never felt like I was dismissed or a bother - actually, during the chaos, one of the gentlemen actually came up to us and assisted us with work boots! While I wasn’t able to get any of their names I was able to note what they were wearing!
Employee 1: Black Nike crew neck, blue jeans, black shoes, black hair (mohawk style).
Employee 2: White t-shirt, black cargo pants, black shoes, curly black hair.
I hope Mark’s appreciates these employees as they were rockstars.”

“I came in last week to sell and was really happy with my experience. A lot of items were chosen, and they paid decent for the items, especially compared to the north location. They were fast when they went through my bin, and they were friendly both on the phone calling in, while dropping off, and while picking up. I appreciate that the person sorting started almost immediately, she literally started sorting as soon as she got it while I was still in store. I’m surprised with the negative reviews, I found them really fair here.”
“Originally, I had had the most nightmare online Customer Service experience when with a placed order on May 6, 2025.
I received no emails or anything pertaining to my order and could not track it either. I called customer service and they told me they could not fill it so they had cancelled it. She said she would send an email, which never arrived. Then she says I could re-order which I don’t get if there isn’t. Stock to Fill my original order. No other explanation was given.
Yesterday, May 17, 2025, I found the same same sneakers at the Edmonton Airport Outlets Famous Footwear store.
I spoke to the manager, Conway, about my online challenges and great disappointment with unfilled online ordering experience.
He took the time to explain what happens when you place an online order, when new stock arrives, etc. The online Rep did not explain anything, only thatI could re-order. She was sending an email saying it was Cancelled but nothing received.
I received “OLD FASHION” Customer Service, from Conway! This definitely changed my feeling about returning to shop at Famous footwear.
I highly recommend this outlet store, above others, if you want to have an
Honest Customer service experience with a Manager who LISTENS!”
