“A friendly and inclusive place to grab some fresh and stylish gear. Customer Service is also top-notch. I actually forgot the bag with my purchases the other day (set it down while helping my kids with their winter jackets, then walked out the door without it), and after emailing to arrange for pickup at a later date, Noel went above and beyond and dropped the bag off at my in-laws' place where we were staying. Thanks so much again for doing me a solid there ?. This is the best shop in Red Deer, and we will be back for sure. Highly Recommended!”

“I went to buy the new pink puma flats and a young girl with black hair working Sunday the 23rd at 3pm was absolutely amazing. I forgot to get her name but she got me extra sizes without asking which were a perfect fit. She’s super sweet and made my day. A younger guy was working with her and sold me a protector spray for my shoes as well and was also very helpful. These guys rocks :) thanks!”

“Hi I’m Kerrie a day tripper exploring Red Deer and area. I want to share a unique gem of a woman’s shoe store in Red Deer. If you need some expert advice and guidance in footwear , Connie is your gal. I arrived looking for help! I am spending to many hours standing on concrete and the aging thing is setting in. Well I got service and probably 20 years expertise guiding me to the proper wear for my issue. So worth the trip in to discover service & excellence. Lots of great brands to choose from. They have been in business in Red Deer 23 years and have a second store in Lethbridge that has been in business approx 12 years now.”

“Hi my name is Daniel and I’m here to tell you how wonderful Samantha was in helping me find shoes . As a person with mental health conditions I want to first say she made it very easy for me. She was very patient and never once did I feel rushed. She was kind, and sweet and trust me I do not receive customer service that she provided often. She smiled, was very polite and respectful. It meant a lot to me and I thank her. People skills that I classify as exceptional. Thank you ✝”

“I came here with recently diagnosed orthopedic issues. I could see Amanda, the sales clerk, had alot going on in the store today, but she remained very calm, quick and professional despite having to multi task as she assisted me. As a long time nurse who has worked with and for alot of people I was very impressed with her, she really knew what she was doing and was very knowledgeable. The footwear I bought here today because of her guidance is one of the most comfortable I've ever worn. She never made me feel rushed pressured or judged as I tried on several pairs of footwear. You simply can't put a price tag on that kind of service. Thanks so much Amanda!”
