“I drove from the Edmonton area for cowboy boots due to the lack of inventory and customer service at the Lammles locations in Edmonton. They had a great selection of boots and had my size in everything I had expressed interest in. Christi H went out of her her way to ensure I was taken care of, and they even looked after my parking so I didn't get a ticket. I highly recommend this location and I know where to go when I need any western wear. Thanks for a great experience!”

“As I was on a stop, drop and roll adventure to find a top/sweater to match a new purse of mine, I was grateful for the help of the staff and for finding a good match. Always a pleasure to shop at Laura's!”

“After visiting every ladies wear store in Bower Place Mall I could find, I stopped at the mall directory to see if I had missed any. Suzanne’s popped up next to the old Hudson’s Bay so I headed over. The clerk Natalia was friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in, even suggesting styles I hadn’t considered and sales racks I hadn’t noticed. I had limited time, but found what I needed- must go back soon when I have more time, and hopefully Natalia will be working that day too!”

“I needed a raincoat--so headed to Bower store. Two set aside for me to try; not only was the coat HALF price, but I also selected a few other items, with the help of Denise. She found the sizes for me, corrected my information in the computer, got me on the text list, which saved me more money. Overall, I save more than what I spent. At no time, even though other shoppers were in the store this morning, did I feel neglected or rushed. She knows her product extremely well. The store is always clean and well organized. I love shopping here!!”

“Amazing customer service by the two gentlemen working on June 28th at around 4:00pm in greeting me when I walked in and it was a clean and organized store. I was looking for a specific t-shirt and an associate saw that and asked if I needed assistance and showed me quickly where the t-shirt was and ended up ringing me through. He was so polite and friendly. It made my experience so lovely and happy in red deer. I am from calgary but highly recommend this location if you are in the area.”

“Tonight I had the very best service I have ever received at Penn. I ran in 20 minutes before closing and the ladies were so friendly and helpful. I share what I was looking for and the new with each que what I was after . Not pressing things I didnt like but actually listening and proceeding to help with each size and style. Total class these ladies had ... Honesty on what looked great and what didn't with kindness ! Thank you ladies and Penn hold on to these 2 gals for they were amazing !”

“Hi my name is Daniel and I’m here to tell you how wonderful Samantha was in helping me find shoes . As a person with mental health conditions I want to first say she made it very easy for me. She was very patient and never once did I feel rushed. She was kind, and sweet and trust me I do not receive customer service that she provided often. She smiled, was very polite and respectful. It meant a lot to me and I thank her. People skills that I classify as exceptional. Thank you ✝”
