“I am shocked walking out of the store right now. Not because of the behavior of the manager or associates but because of a patron. The young boy behind the counter was so incredibly nice and kind to the lady in front of me at till, helping her with her purchases and she was so rude to him and condescending. She said there was a snag on the swim suit she picked and he brought two more of the same size for her to look at and she insisted they were all damaged and wanted a discount. He went and got a manager for help. The lady came over and was so kind and sweet to the lady but explained that the discount wouldn’t apply because the items weren’t damaged as far as they could see and she offered to go look for another item with her. The lady said I’ll just take it to Beacon Hill where they give me discounts that I want and I’ll just make you a bad google review. I’m so shocked and saddened by this behavior. She had gotten good service and everyone was so nice to her. The manager apologized for her feeling like that was her experience and offered her a customer satisfaction discount, which I certainly wouldn’t have done, and thanked the lady. The patience of this team with this behavior was to be commended. Thank you for being such a good place to shop and keep doing what you do because some of us appreciate it”
