“I love this Italian market and their selection of food, pastas, olive oils, vinaigrette, tomato sauces, bakeries, pastries, and my favorite part is the section where they sell Italian things (cookware, moka pots, etc.) You may find here and there some international products specifically from Middle-East and they're not that expensive. I always visit the Italian center, and me with my gf, met Joe, the store manager/owner, and his son multiple times. They're really friendly and approachable with knowledge of the Italian culture and food industry.”
“Needed something different for my wife' who only eats vegan. The clerk explained how to identify vegan. vegetarian and normal selections. There is a fairly good variety of vegan and the tomato and spinach gnocchi was excellent. Prices are good and it is very easy to wander among the freezers and pick out whatever you like.”
“Nice outdoor shopping mall in Sherwood Park. Safeway and London Drugs anchor the shopping area. There is lots of parking. No washroom facilities of course. Lots of other retail stores and restaurants. A liquor ? store, Tim Hortons, IHOP and others. There is also a Safeway gas station ⛽️”
“This place is hands down the fanciest grocery store I have ever stepped foot in. I only came in for a quick snatch and grab for dinner but it was very clean, shelves were well organized and the staff was friendly.”
“Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and they were able to accommodate and make exactly what she wanted. Probably the best birthday cake we have ever had. The lady who took our order too was super kind and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted.”

“I recently visited the Safeway on Sherwood Drive in Sherwood Park and overall I was impressed. The store was very clean, organized, and well-stocked. There were four self-checkouts which I really appreciated; it was much faster and more convenient than talking to a sales associate. They had paper bags available if you didn't bring a reusable bag which was nice. The only issue I had was that I thought the prices were a bit high. I would definitely recommend this store to others, but I would also suggest they check out other stores to compare prices.”

One thing I don’t care for is when you call in, too many options when trying to contact the pharmacist . Now just imagine someone who is elderly trying to navigate the system.”
“I'm definitely not one to shop in West Ed, but I am so glad we went on a very quiet day! I love Shoppers. I love the PC points events and that's My daughter and i shopped that day. We were looking for a specific make up brand for her wedding. We were able to buy the products with my points. Thank you to the girl that helped us!!”

You ALL brighten my day when I shop; you are ALL great workers, who care not only about their work ethic but about customers; you give good vibes!
The store is so clean and always very stocked!

“I've never posted a review for a grocery store before, but I needed to this time for one specific woman that works there. I wish I could remember her name, but I'll never forget how well she treated me.
I was extremely overwhelmed the day that I went in, I have never been in a Save on Foods before, and I am autistic, so this was a very bad day for me. I talked to a lady that was working at self checkout, and explained my situation. She personally took me around the store and helped me get everything on my list fast and efficiently. She was so kind and I will always appreciate her. Please never stop doing what you do.

“This location is great! Super friendly & helpful staff, a great size with fresh produce & beautiful flower/ plant section. It has a decent health food section & a Starbucks if you want to treat yourself to a super inflated unreasonably priced drink lol! The staff are honestly just so friendly & helpful here!!”
