The gentleman who helped me took the time to suggest a lot of shoes based on my needs (overpronation) and my training (distance, ultras) and helped me arrive at the right shoe - even though it wasn't even the most expensive shoe. Kind and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, a great experience buying shoes. He even gave me some training tips and we had a great conversation about running. This will be my go-to store for buying shoes. I ended up getting the Brooks Glycerin GTS - a shoe I never would have considered (Asics loyal for years!) had the service and patience not been so overwhelmingly great!”

“I'm a Grandma and so having a store where I can purchase toys for such reasonable prices has been amazing. I recycle and bring back some and buy different ones for the kids. Also having someone else sell your baby items is so convenient!”
“I went to the store today to purchase some pants that I bought a few days before that I loved and wanted two more pairs in the other colors. I couldn’t find them so I thought maybe they had been moved or sold out that quickly. I picked up a few shirts and went to the till. The girl at the till whose name was Tamara coincidentally was awesome! I asked her about the pants and she left the till to walk with me over to the section just to double check. I’m a customer so sometimes I’m blind! Lol! She said they were sold out but that I could order online through the store and the items would be delivered to my house in a week! This was great because she did all the ordering for me rather than me having to go online and trying to find the pants. I was so happy, I did not know that you could do an online order at the actual store. Tamara was absolutely fantastic! Your store is lucky to have an employee like that! I visit the store fairly often and today was the best experience I’ve ever had!”
“@cincinnatus I was right behind the wife when she was explaining and the staff member definitely did not criticize! She was wondering what happened because the review did not make sense. She asked what she could do to help … this lady was incredibly rude and acted like a teenager when she should be acting her age. I feel bad for the staff here, all the entitled people that come here are ridiculous! Boxing Day in every retail store has and always been no refunds/exchanges that day! Even if there was no one, they could’ve been cleaning up the mess from the store, etc. USE YOUR HEAD. Jeez”
“Amazing staff at this location, had to go in a couple times to exchange some things and Lincoln at the front desk has always been very professional and helpful, today we had to call a manager for a specific request and Abigail was more than happy to make it right. Whoever's doing the hiring at this location is doing a fantastic job the customer service for Mark's at this location is second to none.”
