“I find Wilhelm to be an honest shop with middle of the road pricing. They have done good work for me in the past and I will likely continue to bring my vehicle there.”

“I always have such a great experience getting my oil change done here! The staff is always incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. They take the time to explain everything clearly, don't try to upsell me on unnecessary services, and make sure I feel taken care of every step of the way.
The service is quick, efficient, and affordable and the waiting area was clean and comfortable too. It's rare to find a place that makes routine car maintenance feel so easy and stress free. I truly feel like a valued customer.
Thank you for the top notch treatment, I’ll definitely be back and recommending you to everyone I know!”

“A month ago, my son’s A/C unit went out on his car. We were not wanting to take to the dealership, so took a chance with Ruben and team. Not only did he take a few minutes out of his day to check if he could work on it with all the regulations (he was), he went above and beyond by fitting us in to diagnose and fix the unit. Fabulous experience! We’ve always used for our oil changes, but will now expand what we use them for!”

“Amazing work and just as important, amazing customer service. I was in an accident before going out of the country, and Javier and team not only fixed my truck, the whole team (Cassandra in particular) was amazing on keeping me updated. When they did an estimate, when they started repairs, estimated date of completion, etc - in every case I got a useful update.

At the end, since I dropped my truck off at another Gerber location, they ended up dropping my repaired truck off in my driveway. Saved me a trip when I returned.

Great, great service.”

“I purchased 4 new tires from Walmart and after they were installed, I noticed that the date code indicated they were 7 weeks shy of 2 years old. That means that the tire life is already about 30% used up before I put the first mile on them. I've gotten tires that are 3 or 4 months old at install but have never purchased new tires that are 19.4 months old and being sold as new. Very disappointed.
I'm editing this post since Walmart contacted me and offered to replace the tires I got or accepted a significant discount. Since I liked the tires, I received a discount that I thought was a fair trade for the tires I received. Thanks Walmart.”
