“A month ago, my son’s A/C unit went out on his car. We were not wanting to take to the dealership, so took a chance with Ruben and team. Not only did he take a few minutes out of his day to check if he could work on it with all the regulations (he was), he went above and beyond by fitting us in to diagnose and fix the unit. Fabulous experience! We’ve always used for our oil changes, but will now expand what we use them for!”

“I purchased 4 new tires from Walmart and after they were installed, I noticed that the date code indicated they were 7 weeks shy of 2 years old. That means that the tire life is already about 30% used up before I put the first mile on them. I've gotten tires that are 3 or 4 months old at install but have never purchased new tires that are 19.4 months old and being sold as new. Very disappointed.
I'm editing this post since Walmart contacted me and offered to replace the tires I got or accepted a significant discount. Since I liked the tires, I received a discount that I thought was a fair trade for the tires I received. Thanks Walmart.”

“We had a great experience here. My husband and I blew a tire on the interstate and had to spend the night in a hotel instead of heading to our anniversary trip location. In the morning we had several more issues with getting the tire replaced, including one of the wheel studs being broken. When we finally got it driveable and over to brake masters in the afternoon, they caught some other significant issues with the control arms and let us know it could be dangerous to drive without fixing them; however, it would be almost $3,000 and 11 hours of labor. I broke down crying right there in the shop because this was not how our anniversary trip was supposed to go. Allen was so kind. He talked to his crew and was somehow able to cut the cost by $1,000 and the time by 2/3. They had us back on the road that evening. We are so grateful to them for going above and beyond.”

“at this cobblestone they offer full service oil and air conditioning. I went ahead and got my full oil a engine flush the whole works and was originally worried after I left because my warning lights hadn't turned off. I was really annoyed and left send me rude voicemail but after going back I am exceedingly happy. Jay, the service technician who greeted me educated me on my warning lights and told me why experience them and it was due to a very minor issue. he also did his due diligence while I was there with him so that he could check the logs to make sure that everything I came back to him for was checked over properly. my annoyance quickly went away due to how fast they're able to not only get me in but give me knowledge and assist me in turning my warning sensors off. it reminds me why I really do like cobblestone and my membership.”
