“I had a great experience a few weeks ago. I had Edgar, Morgan and Miguel help me out. I had a phone that was just way too old and seeing its last days, and they were able to help me trade in my phone for a newer one. I was able to restructure part of the contract as well, which was important. They gave me open details about all the options and what it can do to benefit me. Surprisingly, I didnt take the cheapest deal, as they were able to show me why it would be beneficial to go with a different plan in the long run. I had my kids with me as well, and they were very patient and understanding with their shenanigan's. Currently I live about 30 minutes away, I was just on my way to taking kiddos to grandparents, however I think this will be the store I go to in the future. despite the drive.
