She honestly informed me of Time involved when porting a number from tracphone which heavily influenced Money and Mobility in my decision to buy the refurbished XR by apple. She patiently answered all questions and prepared my new phone with Case and screen protector plus airbuds. “I have been a Tmobile customer for a very long time, and I usually will work with one person at a store until either they move stores or if I go to a different location. It has been a while since I felt like I have my dedicated salesperson at this store, but that has changed! Vincent is my guy! He helped me "jump" a phone, had another phone in the color I really wanted shipped to me, helped me add an apple watch line while making sure I was taking advantage of all the discounts and deals my plan allowed! He's great and saved me money! Thanks, Vincent, for being knowledgeable and friendly!”
