“I’ve had months of problems with my service
I work from home an it’s cause so many issues. Was close to loosing my job I’ve had countless techs come out and was told it’s the best we can do that is until Corey came out and wow yes it took 4 hours but he never gave up he troubleshooted everything imaginable an figured out the equipment itself is what was faulty. He has spent hours fine tuning everything down to the smallest details this company needs more people like Corey. He’s a asset to this team his dedication to finding the solution is incredible definitely deserves a promotion for outstanding customer service and fixing what others said was unfixable kudos Cory for a job well done -Barb”

“I had such a wonderful experience at this T-Mobile store, and I especially want to recognize Sebastian. I came in after spending over 10 frustrating hours trying to get my phone number switched from Verizon, and by the time I arrived I was beyond stressed.
Sebastian immediately picked up on my frustration and handled everything with patience, kindness, and confidence. He was professional, calm, and truly felt like my hero that day. He took the time to help me through the process and turned an incredibly frustrating situation into such a positive experience.

He went the absolute extra mile for us—not only being incredibly patient, pleasant, and personable while helping us reset our phones, but even stepping in to provide extra support when we needed to speak with Apple Care. What makes Mark so unique is his ability to diligently and politely multitask; he seamlessly keeps an eye on the store, supports his team, and assists other guests without ever making you feel rushed.
That elite leadership directly reflects on his entire staff. I want to highly praise all the employees at this location - they are remarkably friendly, pleasant, and attentive to every single customer.
