“I had a great experience a few weeks ago. I had Edgar, Morgan and Miguel help me out. I had a phone that was just way too old and seeing its last days, and they were able to help me trade in my phone for a newer one. I was able to restructure part of the contract as well, which was important. They gave me open details about all the options and what it can do to benefit me. Surprisingly, I didnt take the cheapest deal, as they were able to show me why it would be beneficial to go with a different plan in the long run. I had my kids with me as well, and they were very patient and understanding with their shenanigan's. Currently I live about 30 minutes away, I was just on my way to taking kiddos to grandparents, however I think this will be the store I go to in the future. despite the drive. Also to the three of them, Go Eagles! Thanks for the great chats and all the help.”

“I visited the vision/glasses dept. to see if I could get an adjustment to my new glasses that I had purchased elsewhere. She was very helpful and knew right away what needed to be done. The back of my ears were so sore. She did an awesome job and my ears feel a lot better.
