My mom and I were ready to change phone plans from Cox to Verizon and he carefully, with great communication, offered what services would best fit our needs. No gimmicks, no run arounds, he was honest and down to the penny of what we would see on our billing cycles. (UNLIKE COX!!) Thank you for being so kind, and for now being my new go to guy! “25 year Verizon Customer, and across the parking lot, they insulted me and were rude and completely unprofessional.
I walked across the parking lot and T-Mobile and Matt McMillan was absolutely spectacular and get me transferred set up and passwords, entered all my apps uploaded and just to complete in total professional!
I have already told the story to about six or eight of my friends and posted it on Facebook and I’m getting some great reactions of everybody that really enjoys T-Mobile over AT&T or Verizon.
Better yet, my bill went down $128 from Verizon for the exact same Services.

“We transferred from Verizon to Cox mobile and there was a mistake made during the transfer of carriers, and my phone and my spouse‘s phone got switched during the transfer so her phone number was on my phone and my phone number was on her phone and we have two different phones… Audra the manager at the Frank Lloyd Wright location was amazing and even though she couldn’t address the issue because it was after hours in the East Coast, where her manager was it was addressed by the next business day and we are pleased!
