“I would like to seriously recognize and thank Mr. Daniel Soto, the Verizon representative, at this location, for creating such a seamless experience without any stress added to our walk in appointment. My mom and I were ready to change phone plans from Cox to Verizon and he carefully, with great communication, offered what services would best fit our needs. No gimmicks, no run arounds, he was honest and down to the penny of what we would see on our billing cycles. (UNLIKE COX!!) Thank you for being so kind, and for now being my new go to guy! This location should be happy to have Daniel on the floor!”

“CJ did, in 20 minutes, what AT&T's LOUSY call centers could not do in eight hours of calls to them. From now, I will never call AT&T's call center again. Their call centers in foreign countries are HORRIBLE. Instead, I will just go right into the store. Thank you CJ for getting my issue taken care of.”

“I had an exceptional experience at this T-Mobile store. The entire team went above and beyond to help me get everything set up for my business, and the level of customer service was truly refreshing. They helped me choose and set up a mesh network, made sure everything was working properly, and even called T-Mobile on my behalf to cancel our previous services. They also took the time to make sure I received a credit I was entitled to. They handled every detail, making what could have been a stressful process completely seamless. A special thank you to Alexis (the manager), Gracia, and Angela. Their professionalism, knowledge, patience, and genuine desire to help made all the difference. In a time when it feels like exceptional customer service is becoming harder to find, this team absolutely exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a T-Mobile store with employees who truly care about their customers, this is the one. I highly recommend them and can’t thank Alexis, Grecia, and Angela enough for their outstanding service!”

“25 year Verizon Customer, and across the parking lot, they insulted me and were rude and completely unprofessional. I walked across the parking lot and T-Mobile and Matt McMillan was absolutely spectacular and get me transferred set up and passwords, entered all my apps uploaded and just to complete in total professional! I have already told the story to about six or eight of my friends and posted it on Facebook and I’m getting some great reactions of everybody that really enjoys T-Mobile over AT&T or Verizon. Better yet, my bill went down $128 from Verizon for the exact same Services. Thank you, Matt McMillan, and we were heavily assisted by Raul Navarro, the manager. I would go out of my way to recommend this service in this store and these individuals to anybody who will listen Great job T-Mobile!”

“This is a super store with food, liquor clothes and other items. I was looking for a new small skillet for making my egg whites. I saw a few but they were large in size. I also went into the electronics area poking around with the tech stuff. This Target had so much more merchandise than the one I typically visit. I could've spent more time there but had to move on.Shared parking lot and WiFi.”

“I recently visited the T-Mobile store at Scottsdale Fashion Square, and I can honestly say it was the best wireless retail experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional team that genuinely seemed excited to help. The store was clean, organized, and had an energetic atmosphere that immediately made me feel welcome. What stood out most was the level of knowledge and customer service provided by the staff. Instead of rushing through a transaction, they took the time to understand my needs, answer all of my questions, and thoroughly explain the different options available to me. They reviewed my account, identified opportunities to save money, and made sure I was getting the best value possible. I never felt pressured into purchasing anything, which made the entire experience feel transparent and customer-focused. The team went above and beyond by ensuring every detail was taken care of. They helped me understand device features, discussed available promotions, and even shared tips on how to maximize the benefits of my plan. Their attention to detail and willingness to educate rather than simply sell made a huge difference. I’ve visited many carrier stores over the years, and this location sets the standard for what customer service should look like. Every employee I interacted with was professional, patient, and genuinely invested in creating a great experience. It’s rare to find a team that combines product knowledge, efficiency, and outstanding customer care so seamlessly. If you’re looking for a new phone, upgrading your current device, exploring home internet options, or simply need help with your account, I highly recommend the T-Mobile store at Scottsdale Fashion Square. The team there has earned my trust and future business. They transformed what is usually a routine errand into an exceptional customer experience, and I left feeling valued as a customer. This is, without question, the best T-Mobile store I’ve ever visited, and I would gladly recommend it to friends, family, and anyone looking for top-tier service. 👏📱🌟”

“The representative Lisa is amazing. She’s patient since I’m old and don’t catch fast always helpful and pleasant. I wish there was a way for the company to give her some recognition for how she is. I refer people strictly to the store because of her she has corrected several mistakes that Verizon customer made which I appreciate so much the customer care. She treats me like I’m her Mom.”
