“i’ve been dealing with a broken phone now for two weeks now, as well as I needed repairs on my tablet I went to several different stores, including the ones in the malls and was completely floored at the prices. They were trying to charge me and the repairs that they wouldn’t even promise would be made and I would still have to pay. I found a store at Shea and Scottsdale Road and the woman that worked there and I believe she was probably an operating owner had everything taken care of at almost half the price every other store was trying to charge me in the area the repairs I believe look made it look better than new everything is fixed and running perfect and I highly recommend the store. I would give them six stars if I could definite five stars.”

“NEW MANAGEMENT and new sales people are terrific! My old review from years ago was a very bad review. I avoided this store bc of a very bad experience years ago. I really needed to get to a T-Mobile store and this one is close, so I reluctantly called first, and new store manager, Korey, answered. He was very nice and I decided to go in. To my surprise, the visit was everything I would want. The customer service from Andrew and Korey was great! The inside has been remodeled, new management, super nice and helpful. Andrew fixed my phone issue quickly and couldn't have been nicer and helpful! I highly recommend the new and improved store!”

Joseph was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, etc., and knew exactly what steps to make it happen while he and others kindly helped my dad with his mobility issues. I’ve been a very satisfied T-Mobile customer for a long time, and customer service like this just amplified those sentiments!!”

“This is a super store with food, liquor clothes and other items. I was looking for a new small skillet for making my egg whites. I saw a few but they were large in size. I also went into the electronics area poking around with the tech stuff. This Target had so much more merchandise than the one I typically visit. I could've spent more time there but had to move on.Shared parking lot and WiFi.”
“Belated review from August 2023: "Oh Lord, here we go," I thought when my iPhone 8 finally died after a long, slow death (battery's been losing charge for the last SIX months). I kept putting off the inevitable: upgrading to a new phone. Other than the battery, my iPhone 8 is in pristine condition b/c it's been encased in an Otterbox. No cracked screen, no water damage, nada. Given that, I was hoping to get a healthy trade-in credit...But I digress: so the last visit I made to the Apple Store (eons ago!) was when it was at Biltmore Fashion Park. It was such a hassle. The Genius Bar was not staffed with "geniuses" and they were relentlessly trying to upsell me, when I walked in there, knowing exactly what I wanted/needed. The thought of having to go to a) a mall & b) the Apple Store did not make me jump for joy. However, from the get go, I had an extraordinary experience: Donovan greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and I got on the list to be taken care of. From there, I talked to Riley, a staff member. Originally I was going to buy a $70 battery so that I could trade this phone in to TMobile for more credit. But I changed my mind b/c they could help me there instead of going to a Tmobile store. Yay!I nixed buying a new battery & just went immediately to upgrading. Riley was super chill as we talked about the benefits of a 13 vs a 14 and she patiently answered all my questions. Then she explained how the process would go and that they could connect this to my TMobile bill (which I had no idea was possible). Unfortunately, I could only get a $75 credit but it was what it was...Then Tony (her manager) swooped in & together they helped me with the transaction. Finally Riley passed me on to - I can't remember her name! - but she was equally knowledgeable/fun & helped me make the nailbiting move: ensuring all my data from old phone transferred to new one + ensuring my old phone was wiped clean of its data.Thanks to all the team members there who assisted and contributed to a superlative time!”
