“The people that run this place are incredible souls. Today I went to pick up some treats for my cat that is sadly at the end of her life and the sales person was incredibly kind to me. She helped me find a whole bunch of treats for her. When I went to pay, she sneakily paid for all of the treats for me. “First I have to say I really was not in Petco I used the Vetco clinic. We moved to the north side from Chandler and during the hassle of moving I missed our annual dog vaccination booster. All "regular " vets near us were booked for a month. So in one day we got into see Dr. Duke. He was very thorough and easy to understand. His support staff is very friendly and helpful. No waiting at all. I thought the prices were very reasonable no hidden fees. Transparent I got a followup text from the doctor that night. All in all it was a very good experience.”

“Made an appointment with Vetco for my dog max for a wellness exam but a few days after he started to get red and swollen on his behind I had scheduled the appointment for 11am but showed up around 10:15 when I arrived I spoke to ally and explained the situation and she switched us from a wellness to a sick exam and got us into a room ASAP. Jenna was our tech and she was amazing with max he does have anxiety and jumping behaviors but she handled him with such care and grace he couldn't have been in better hands same with his vet Max did have something going on with his glands so we got prescribed meds and got his anal glands cleaned for about 150$ after meds and treatment which is amazing due to us having a short budget wanting to get our baby seen they worked with our budget while also giving high quality care we did schedule a follow up with ally at the front and will only be coming here for Max's care. Huge thank you to ally for telling us about the vital pet care plan which will save us loads of money on food pet care etc if you want ur dog treated like royalty but not have to spend an arm and a leg or treated less than then this place is perfect!”

“We've been taking our fur babies here for 5yrs now and the girls are all great with them. They even have your own wash station too.. if you're running low on funds. You can come in and pay to wash your own pup and have them do the trimming and etc. Make sure to have all the shots updated on your fur babies 24hrs before they come in. Bring a copy for the ladies to put into the file too.”
