“There is a pharmacist named Bill who is amazing. My daughter is a kidney transplant patient and her medications are crucial to her survival. At critical times, insurance has blocked refills and or the physicians have neglected to call in refills or have sent refills to the wrong locations. Bill is always calm and solved my problem with compassion. He seriously is worth his weight in gold.”
