“We always get timely service at the Cave Creek pharmacy. All of your personnel are competent and friendly. However, I need to single out the pharmacist, Ida. She is the reason I originally transferred our prescriptions to Walmart after the funny and very pleasant experience of getting a flu vaccination. She always is helpful answering our questions and has bailed us out of an Rx issue more than once with her problem solving. If Ida ever leaves, I'd have to think our Walmart Pharmacy experience will be diminished.”

But I’ll tell you in a chaotic environment with people pulling you in a dozen different directions, Ben is an asset worth recognizing. Knowledgeable, kind, and an absolute professional, Ben is the first person I ask for when calling. Behind the scenes, Nicole is by far the most amazing pharmacist we’ve ever had. She’s always smiling, knows your birthday by heart (at least me and my family), and is quick to tell you if she is behind and will next an extra minute or two. These folks are like family - Nicole, Ben?! We’re coming over for Thanksgiving!”

I went to the minute clinic and both the nurse and doctor, i wish I remembered their names, were so helpful, caring, and patient. I checked out and got some cold meds and other things and my extra bucks weren’t working and same goes for Winston who checked me out, beyond patient and helpful. Great people here”

“Convenient, fast, and friendly. I run a veterinary hospital and use them for compounded meds for dogs and cats. Hien, the pharmacist, is always a joy to speak with on the phone. He's bubbly and kind and so helpful.”
