“Kelsey and Mary at this PostNet are THE BEST! They turned what was an absolute nightmare return into one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I showed up with multiple return labels, confusing instructions, and no clear idea of how everything was supposed to be packaged or shipped.
After I left the store, I finally received additional return instructions that completely changed what needed to be done. Instead of making me drive all the way back, Mary and Kelsey took the time to rework my packages and match everything with the correct labels. They went far beyond what I expected, saving me a huge amount of time and stress.
Their kindness, patience, professionalism, and willingness to help were truly exceptional. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about making sure a customer is taken care of, and they did exactly that. If you're looking for outstanding service, this is the PostNet to visit. “I love this store! I went in to the UPS store because I needed to pick up some packing supplies and I was already stressed from standing in line forever to get a document notarized at my bank. I walked in and I was greeted by Makenzie and Suzie. Makenzie helped me with a smile on her face which is refreshing. Susie Informs me that you all notarize!
