“Kelsey and Mary at this PostNet are THE BEST! They turned what was an absolute nightmare return into one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I showed up with multiple return labels, confusing instructions, and no clear idea of how everything was supposed to be packaged or shipped.
After I left the store, I finally received additional return instructions that completely changed what needed to be done. Instead of making me drive all the way back, Mary and Kelsey took the time to rework my packages and match everything with the correct labels. They went far beyond what I expected, saving me a huge amount of time and stress.
Their kindness, patience, professionalism, and willingness to help were truly exceptional. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about making sure a customer is taken care of, and they did exactly that. If you're looking for outstanding service, this is the PostNet to visit. “Bria is absolutely AMAZING!! I came in to get a notary seal done, and the dmv did not inform me that I needed to sign the request form in front of somebody. I explained to Bria that the lady at the dmv printed the request form for me and I that I was lost on what to do. Bria took the time to go on google find the correct website and printed a new request form for me. Bria notarized the request form and sent me on my way. It’s not too often you find someone that I’ll go the extra mile for you especially nowadays! This will be my new spot and I will recommend this place for everyone to go to. Thank you, Bria!”
