“I had a problem with a tire and I was going out of town at 5 o’clock the next morning and I stopped in to get air checked in my tires and I had a leak in one of my tires. They worked me in and I did have a nail in one of my tires and I was driving quite a ways so thank goodness they took care of me and I arrived to my destination safely. I appreciate all those guys and girls down at Discount Tire on Carefree Highway. They are all wonderful.”

“The actual service on my car was fine, but their scheduling has noticably gone down the tubes. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I recently went in twice this week and scheduling / service duration estimates were awful.
Visit one I was told over the phone to come in at 11am. I arrived, ...only to hear I had no appointment in the books. I was helped, but only because I lucked out and they had slow traffic. We discovered through regular diagnostics that I needed to follow up on something else, so I had to return another day when things were ordered.
Visit two I confirmed I had an 8:30am appointment, meaning not late in the day for things to pile up, and my car sat outside for 30+ more minutes after my scheduled time. That's... just not how appointments work. I'd even understand being 10 min off, stuff happens, but a half hour plus? My car is fine, but my time was not valued.”

Manager provided a print out of what my alignment was before and after and explained the results to me. A+”
“After having our car elsewhere with no luck, the Firestone on West Carefree Highway was able to get it aligned and in good shape. Alex took all the information over the phone from my husband and when I arrived this morning was ready for me with all the information! They told me it would take an hour and half and it was exactly that to the minute. They accommodated me while I waited and got my car back to center. We’ll be back!”
