Discount Tire is a tire store and rim shop located in north Phoenix by Norterra. It offers the best service and prices on a wide selection of tires and wheels for cars, SUVs, and trucks. Services include tire installation, rotation, balancing, and free flat repair and air pressure checks. The location is great, with prompt and friendly staff who provide excellent customer service in a very timely manner. Many customers report being taken care of quickly and efficiently, with one noting they were in and out within 30 minutes. The staff is described as polite, helpful, understanding, and sympathetic. They can assist with finding the perfect set of new tires or rims, stocking popular brands and able to order any combination. The store does price match, so it is good to do price research beforehand. While one customer initially felt deceived about a necessary tire replacement and experienced a persistent low-pressure issue, the store rechecked the tires and solved the problem, ultimately satisfying the customer. Many customers state they will definitely be back for future services. Appointments can be made, or customers can stop in to get taken care of.
Always nice. Always respectful. Offers the best deal possible. Even price matches.

Always a good experience here. I just wish they would stop over-promising and under-delivering. Every time we are told 45-60 min and everytime its 120+.
