“Abe is solid. I showed up knowing I would need brake work done after 1.5 days of hearing metal on metal. He charged me a little over $100 for what would have been over $450 elsewhere due primarily to unnecessary add-ons. He was patient with me despite my rims not having a universally used socket for the lugnuts. Easy to communicate with and Abe works fast. Honest dude with beyond fair pricing. I worked with Mike at the front desk and Bill in the shop and both are outstanding, friendly and do an excellent top shelf job!
I came to James Tire for a simple alignment when they found a problem in my front end. They saved me from wasting my money on an alignment that in the long run would be a waste of money because my control arms were shot. I Have a maintenance warranty through EPP and Mike processed the paperwork for me, without reservation, and did what they had to do to get the job done. I can’t thank these guys enough for their perseverance, and professionalism! When EPP sent a warranty adjuster to check on the legitimacy of the job, the result was a full acceptance of the quoted work and price.
