“My Eco diesel RAM truck was at The Rustic Wrench for a day and a half. During the time I was there Jeff, my Service Advisor, was very courteous and helpful. He spent a good amount of time during more than a few phone calls discussing the situation with my truck. He also provided a courtesy Uber ride to bring me back to the dealership to retrieve my truck when it was ready for pickup. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service I received there and definitely would take my Ram to them again.”

“Dec 6, 2025 brought in our 05 Chevy Impala. I was throwing money at it starting with fuel pump to other parts. I was puzzled and frustrated. It would run on occasion but the car finally sat collecting dust not running. I decided to bring it to John's Automotive. It was like a Divine hand waved over the car and it worked perfect. “Abe is solid. I showed up knowing I would need brake work done after 1.5 days of hearing metal on metal. He charged me a little over $100 for what would have been over $450 elsewhere due primarily to unnecessary add-ons. He was patient with me despite my rims not having a universally used socket for the lugnuts. Easy to communicate with and Abe works fast. Honest dude with beyond fair pricing. I'll definitely see him again. Thanks, brother.”

“Car quit driving. Wouldn’t move forward or backward and wasn’t quiet about it. Had it towed to Al’s on Sunday when he wasn’t even open. Drove it off Al’s lot Monday afternoon (that’s the next day, for those keeping score) with a new CV Axle Shaft and Stabilizer Bar Link for $800, parts and labor. I know Amazon parts aren’t always the best marker, but another shop charged me $450 for a coolant pump listed on Amazon for $150 last year. $169 to $153 for an axle shaft seems more in the realm of what’s reasonable. Everything with cars costs too much these days, but everything about Al’s shop seemed unpretentious and trustworthy. Five stars, would trust again.”

I came to James Tire for a simple alignment when they found a problem in my front end. They saved me from wasting my money on an alignment that in the long run would be a waste of money because my control arms were shot. I Have a maintenance warranty through EPP and Mike processed the paperwork for me, without reservation, and did what they had to do to get the job done. I can’t thank these guys enough for their perseverance, and professionalism! When EPP sent a warranty adjuster to check on the legitimacy of the job, the result was a full acceptance of the quoted work and price.
