“THANK YOU!!!! We Found Albert’s Garage thru a google search they are honest when it comes to a diagnostic charge, if they can’t find the problem they won’t charge. A majority of mechanics here in phoenix just charge even if they don’t Find the problem. I was about to be ripped off at a Jeep dealership in Queen Creek AZ. I Was about to be charged $400 and the hour they would be working on the jeep and they would STILL charge me $400 if they can’t find the problem. HELL NAAA!!!!
My issue was after driving my 2011 Jeep Wrangler for about 30 minutes whenever I would turn the vehicle off there would no crank no start but all the dashboard light would turn on. I had to wait for about an hour or more just for something to cool off and start again. So what Albert found was an electrical wire heating up causing the jeep to not crank no start. So the tracking module was tied into the main wire going into the TIPM. When the jeep failed to start that specific wire was getting very HOT. So the wire got cut from the tracking device and was repaired going into the TIPM. SINCE THEN NO ISSUES NOW IM NOT STRANDED Thank you for fixing the problem.”

“I’m not a car guy. For me, I just want it to get me from one point to another. So when my AC went out, I got anxious about finding a place that was honest / trustworthy.
After just one experience, I realized APA was that kind of place. They thoroughly explained the options for diagnostic costs, gave me an accurate time estimate (which was quick to boot), and were courteous. But the most important part (for me) was that they were willing to be honest about the issue likely being covered by warranty. The willingness to lose work to do the right thing by the customer is important. I’d highly suggest them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic, and I’ll certainly be going back (although hopefully not soon).”

“I turned on my car’s AC and was met with warm air. Not cool! Fortunately, it was late fall and I had some time to get it fixed before the hot summer temperatures rolled back in.Adam worked to price match a lower estimate I got from another service place. He also pointed out a few things from the other estimate that didn’t seem to make sense, like replacing hoses that didn’t need replacing while not replacing the flux capacitor that it did need (or whatever he called it - I’m not an auto expert). Either way, I felt more comfortable going with Adam and his crew.My AC is blowing cold like it should now. I also got a buy 2, get 2 deal on tires and an oil change. “Very friendly shop. Had some issues outlined below, and had to take it back several times, but they do their best to make it right.
I had to go back because the first alternator was a dud. Lots of frustration.
I tried to schedule service on power steering line they recommended as the source of the alternator failure but they refused to do the work. They claim to have a new policy of not working on vehicles with over 200k. Which also apparently means they won’t warranty their work completed. Very frustrating.”
