“THANK YOU!!!! We Found Albert’s Garage thru a google search they are honest when it comes to a diagnostic charge, if they can’t find the problem they won’t charge. A majority of mechanics here in phoenix just charge even if they don’t Find the problem. I was about to be ripped off at a Jeep dealership in Queen Creek AZ. I Was about to be charged $400 and the hour they would be working on the jeep and they would STILL charge me $400 if they can’t find the problem. HELL NAAA!!!!
My issue was after driving my 2011 Jeep Wrangler for about 30 minutes whenever I would turn the vehicle off there would no crank no start but all the dashboard light would turn on. I had to wait for about an hour or more just for something to cool off and start again. So what Albert found was an electrical wire heating up causing the jeep to not crank no start. So the tracking module was tied into the main wire going into the TIPM. When the jeep failed to start that specific wire was getting very HOT. So the wire got cut from the tracking device and was repaired going into the TIPM. SINCE THEN NO ISSUES NOW IM NOT STRANDED Thank you for fixing the problem.”
“I have a 370Z NISMO. After reading many reviews on Highline Car Care (HCC), I decide to take my car in for a complete fluid flush and replacement using Amsoil products. Adam is wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions, and offered ideas and suggestions. I spoke with Adam a few times, before and during HCC my car being serviced. I had the same experience everytime talking with him. He is a great communicator. Adam even offered a loaner car for the day, which was great! Not very many shops offer that.
The techs who serviced my car did a great job, even though it was a complete fluid flush and replacement.
The shop is very clean, which says a lot when a customer 1st walks in. HCC has exceptional customer service.
I will continue to take my 370Z to them for any other work that needs to be done. I highly recommend them.

“After having been advised of ridiculous wait times and questionable pricing at my most frequented dealership auto shops, I searched for an independent company. Knowing of AAMCO's good reputation for years now, I read the reviews of AAMCO in Gilbert in Val Vista. I liked what i read and was able to get my truck in the next day. Where others had wanted to keep my truck for up to a week and a half, Tom and his crew had me in and out in a day and a half. The estimate process was transparent with pricing fully explained and photos of areas of concern provided. The work is warrantied and, when i went to pay, saw that the invoice was less than quoted. The explanation provided was that the pricing on a seal was less than estimated and they reduced the pricing to match. When's the last time you've seen a shop invoice less than quoted? I'm pleased with the work and impressed by the character of those with whom I interacted.”

They won't rip you off, sell you things you dont need, and will work with you to get you back on the road ASAP.
The dealership wanted to charge me almost 6 grand for repairs. I called Alexa after I was referred by a friend, when my stress levels were already high. And she assured me they would take care of me. After that phone call I felt relieved.
I took it to P&A and they only charged me 3k and got my car back to me by the end of the week (this was alot of work so that timeframe is amazing), and almost every day gave me updates on what was happening.
I heard some weird noises after I picked it up, which was due to a bad part, but they offered to fix it for FREE. They are super honest and open about everything.
You can drop your car off and wait in their lobby or go somewhere and they will call and give you updates.
They also offer services to drop off and pick up after hours, make it super easy to pay online, and you can text their phone number as well which is a plus.
Definitely my new mechanic, and I would recommend anyone who needs repairs to come here.”
