“One of my headlights went out, and I went to a couple different auto stores, bought one, but they both said that I needed to go to an auto shop to get it put in. AutoZone recommended Brakes Plus, so I called and talked to Kyle about coming in at 4. When I got there, he told me that unfortunately it would still cost for the labor that would only be for 30 minutes or less but would be around $80 at the most. I’m actually struggling financially and I just moved to Arizona recently, so I’m still trying to get established out here and am very low on funds. But he was so sweet and sensed that I really needed the help. He said “you know what, I’ll take a look and see if I can do it really quick.” He finished it within less than five minutes at no charge! I’m so grateful for him! His customer service was spectacular and made me feel really comfortable as well. I definitely recommend him and this place for your needs. Thanks again, Kyle! You rule! <3”

“They were professional. Told me what was wrong upfront.I had an oil leak. I brought it in and it was all over the engine and serpentine belt. They changed the oil, added a dye, that glows under a black light, because they couldn't tell where the oil leak was coming from, because it was a mess under there, but they did clean as much off as they could with a solvent of some sort. So if after the work they did, if it still leaks, they will be able to tell where it's coming from. So far, it has not leaked. I was thinking it was a loose oil filter spraying out all over the serpentine belt and onto the engine. Even if it was just that, they were still completely professional and did what was best for the vehicle. Thank you Mark, Tim and the mechanic who worked on my car. I highly recommend this place and will be coming back if anything goes wrong with my car.”

“The only thing holding this shop back from a five star is the amount of time it takes to complete basic services. Prices are on par with other shops, front desk people are friendly but the wait times can be atrocious. I have taken my vehicles here only for new tires, tire repair and rotations. On one of my visits I requested a patch and roation of all tires. After approximately 4-5 hours with an appointment set, my patch was complete but my tires had not been rotated (not the end of the world, there are a lot of younger guys in the shop). Took my wife's vehicle in for four new tires at 9am the next day and did not leave until 2pm. The unfortunate part was I had to sit and burn my entire afternoon as my wife took my truck to work. My most recent visit was a 7am walk in for another patch job in a different tire and to actually have my tires rotated. I left the vehicle at the shop this time and after being told it would be complete in an hour, it was not ready until approximately 1pm. While waiting in the shop, it is very common to hear people complain about wait times for basic services. If you are planning to wait at the store expect it to be an all afternoon event.”
