We decided to take our car in for an oil change and actually gave us more than the coupon discount and replaced both the air and cabin filters for free. Both times we were in other customers came in just to say how pleased they were that John and his crew went over and above what was needed. These guys are the best in the East Valley.”

“I called John's Auto service around Christmas this past year and spoke to Chris about our engine check light. I asked him if he could scan our vehicle and he told me he was booked up for a week because of the holidays, he then told me to take it to O' Riellys or Autozone and thet would scan it for free. I took it to O'Riellys and very friendly staff scaned the car and told me it was the thermostate. Back home in Canada any repair shop charges over a hundred dollars for a scan. I drove over to John's Auto Service and show the scan sheet to Chris. He said no problem I can fit you in tommorow. I was so happy that Chris fit us in and fixed our car in his busy season. Highly recommend this shop!”

“Abe is solid. I showed up knowing I would need brake work done after 1.5 days of hearing metal on metal. He charged me a little over $100 for what would have been over $450 elsewhere due primarily to unnecessary add-ons. He was patient with me despite my rims not having a universally used socket for the lugnuts. Easy to communicate with and Abe works fast. Honest dude with beyond fair pricing. “When I first moved back to Az I was struggling to find someone who could work on my travel trailer. I had a great guy in Tn who could diagnose over the phone and tell me how to do something. And I found that with Desert Rv. Loren and Theresa and the whole staff at Desert Rv are wonderful to work with. The guys will show you how to fix something if you wanna go about it yourself. I bought a brand new toilet, they told me how to do it, and when I got stuck they was right out to finish where I left off. I’ve also had them replace my thermostat in my trailer also. The level of knowledge and experience they have can’t be beat. Very lovely to work with. I found my Az hook up for sure! Highly recommend!”

Just to do the back brakes they quoted me 497.00 I got the front and the back brakes done at Miranda's for 300.00.”
