“My Eco diesel RAM truck was at The Rustic Wrench for a day and a half. During the time I was there Jeff, my Service Advisor, was very courteous and helpful. He spent a good amount of time during more than a few phone calls discussing the situation with my truck. He also provided a courtesy Uber ride to bring me back to the dealership to retrieve my truck when it was ready for pickup. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service I received there and definitely would take my Ram to them again.”

“I was visiting from Las Vegas couldn’t get my car above 20 mph went to Auto Zone they referred me to a couple shops. And after going to a couple I found John at Brake Masters on the trail. He had the problem diagnosed within a half hour and fixed the next day. I was so relieved because now I can get home to Las Vegas. The value is priceless when you use your car as much as we do. So if you want good work done for a great price stop in an see John. Thanks John”
“Car quit driving. Wouldn’t move forward or backward and wasn’t quiet about it. Had it towed to Al’s on Sunday when he wasn’t even open. Drove it off Al’s lot Monday afternoon (that’s the next day, for those keeping score) with a new CV Axle Shaft and Stabilizer Bar Link for $800, parts and labor. I know Amazon parts aren’t always the best marker, but another shop charged me $450 for a coolant pump listed on Amazon for $150 last year. $169 to $153 for an axle shaft seems more in the realm of what’s reasonable. Everything with cars costs too much these days, but everything about Al’s shop seemed unpretentious and trustworthy. Five stars, would trust again.”

“Dave and Julie are incredible people! I usually do all my own work, and realizing my 6.0 needed an expert when I finally couldn’t diagnose the issue, I turned to them. I heard about Dave from one of my coworkers and I’m so glad I did. Dave was respectful and incredibly knowledgeable, I was able to watch and learn as he diagnosed my truck. Within a few minutes he had the issue narrowed down, but he still looked over everything and gave me a few pointers on how to better maintain my truck. Every bit of knowledge he offered had practical experience behind it, and I never felt judged or questioned for my choices thus far chasing the issue. He took the time to understand my issue and make sure any questions I had were answered. I truly wish I had more than one F250 for them to work on, they deserve all the business and exposure they can handle. I can’t recommend them enough! Not only for 7.3 and 6.0 Powerstroke needs, but just getting to meet them and talk with them was a great experience. Not to mention, as soon as I saw the truck he drove I knew he was an expert
After having all my injectors replaced by Dave I can’t even express how great of a mechanic he is. I went back and forth between biting the bullet and doing it myself to save some money, or letting the professional handle it. In hindsight I can’t believe I even considered letting anyone but Dave do the work(including myself). He kept me updated the entire time with the little things that had been done wrong before and when he pulled out my #2 injector that was throwing the code he took extra care to figure out WHY that injector failed so it wouldn’t happen again. And by God he did, he showed me the injector cup had been scored and it was causing a little bit of coolant to escape into my cylinder, and whatever shop did the work previously had used the wrong hold downs for the injectors so the proper torque wasn’t achieved. And when my IPR solenoid snapped in half on him because someone cross threaded it, he simply told me and sent me a picture, then proceeded to fight it until he could get it off and make sure my threads could be saved. He taught me what to look for in the future and made sure I understood every step in the process. I don’t think anyone else would’ve taken so much care to make sure my truck would run better than it ever has. He really treats every truck as his own and I can not overstate how much that means to me. To pass the keys and not have any kind of concern is a first for me, if I have any questions or further repairs I already know who I’m going to. Thank you Dave and Julie, you’re truly THE best in the business.”
