“A lovely young man named Brian helped me out at the car wash today and boy did it make my experience so incredible. My old brain struggles sometimes with remembering and his youthful generosity was a massive help when it came to the membership details. A grandmother couldn’t ask for anything more!!

“I came in here with a rental earlier this morning with concerns the car wouldn't get clean. Jake assured me it would, and went the extra mile for me. For the other staff the small interactions I had were pleasant and friendly. The facility was clean, the wash was quality and the vacuums worked extremely well. Did I mention how fantastic Jake is? He mentioned he was the general manager at this location, this man needs a bonus. His customer service skills went beyond me as I saw him. Helping other customers with an amazing attitude. “They have been good to us! It's a bit pricey but it's worth it for cerfied mechanic work and you can leave with peace of mind knowing your vehicle is fixed properly. The staff and mechanics are friendly and sociable, I would recommend them to friends and family. I’ve found that the Cobblestone staff are always friendly. The wash service is very good. With the price that the other car wash places charge for only washing outside the car, this is still the Best Buy.”

“I absolutely love this car wash... Signed up for $5 a month special. Can come in for wash as many times as you want in a month. When you sign up for promotion, you get a bar code sticker - which is placed inside car on windshield. You pull up to first lane, bar code gets scanned and you don't have to wait. The staff is super nice, polite and professional.They also offer FREE do it yourself - vacuuming stalls. Place is kept clean. And I'm a repeat customer!”

“I use the Unlimited plan, express wash and that works well for me. I dry, clean, and vacuum the car myself. I also purchased the booklet of coupons for oil changes. That works fine. The only thing I would say, is don't put signs up saying 15 min oil change. There's no way, more like 45 minute oil change.”
“The staff is energetic and are good at detailing. I have a monthly plan and use it almost weekly. The location has tv’s and music and comfy couches to pass the 10-15 minutes…
One thing that is a little annoying is the announcement that your car is ready - you can’t hear or understand what they are saying…. It would be so much better if they had a tv with your name or ticket number on it with a timer and a “ready for pickup” or one of those hockey pucks you get at Olive Garden…. Or just have the cashier announce it…. Something that is more effective - one time I didn’t hear them and they parked my truck around the corner while I was in the rest room…. Not a big deal but seems like an easy fix….”
