“I have had the storage unit for a few years now, and have always been pleased and have had zero issues. Until this last month. The day after my bill was due I received a call that I missed and I called them back and the only thing the guy on the phone said was “your payment was due yesterday. Where is it?“ it had slipped my mind because I had been in a car accident the day before but regardless, absolutely not the issue, and I felt like that was absolutely so rude. Aside from that, a wonderful experience. Attached is my move out photo. The person I called to inform of my move out was super friendly and super nice.”

I expect a great experience when paying for something; if it isn't great, try to move on and enjoy life.It's hard enough to be a single father in a state where you don't know anyone. Add moving or storing by yourself, and it sucks.First, I've never dealt with a more straightforward process and excellent pricing as I have here. This place is worth the price.What makes this place unique, though, is Natalie! In the deep recesses of a dark storage room came a bright light. I seriously thought it might be an angel or ghost ?. An angel was the correct answer.Natalie ensured I could get set up easily, offered to help, and told me she'd be around if I needed anything. The difference was that it wasn't that usual fake, "I have to do this" kind of thing.She didn't know that I was having a rough day and in those few moments, she completely turned it around.I'm not so annoyed with having to store things now ☺️!”

“The way I ended up with this moving company is the most ridiculous, Twilight Zone-y experience ever but after all is said and done, I am so happy it worked out this way.I had movers scheduled for Saturday and they didn't show. On Sunday morning I looked around on Thumbtack for movers and came across another company that I thought I called. Somehow I got in touch with Diane from A to Z who called me by my first name from the start. She said they would be there around 2 depending on the morning job. They were exactly on time. Diane had also mentioned she would be available by phone until 5pm for anything I might need.Mike and David moved me and they were incredible. It was 100 degrees that day. They were so great. They communicated well with me AND with each other. They worked very well together and when they ran into an issue they worked it out easily. My space was complicated for the furniture as well (stairs and too bulky for the room).Thank you so much to Diane, Mike and David for turning a super stressful situation into a smooth move. “This is the extra you get with this storage facility, parking and storage of you RV. There is a large lot where everyone stores their trailers, RV'S and how many do you know I w of that have that? The lot is enclosed by high block walls with one point of access and egress. Regular storage is the usual variety of storage areas, from small to large that you can park a car in. Nice area also.”

“Clean, secure, great staff, air conditioning in units, different size units other places don't have, prices are good, close to U.S. 60, no stairs, 24 hour security, no tweaker customers, i looked at a lot of places and this place is definitely the best. I feel comfortable leaving my stuff here. It's like an extension on my house, or having a second garage. Hard to explain, but i like it here.”
