“Our initial truck reserved was stolen overnight. We were redirected to another facility. Sadly it wasn't close to where we were going or where we were from. It worked out, the truck was clean and worked well. The rental place did the best they could for us.”

“The truck was a bit dirty with mud but that didn’t bother me as it was clean overall. Ther was a scratch on the rear fender (1” long and maybe 1/16” wide) that I didn’t notice when I left the facility. They brought it up when I checked back in.
Another employee mentioned if I got the text that told me to check the vehicle out before leaving. I did not see the text and the employee that checked me out never mentioned tha I needed to check for a text message.
They didn’t make an issue of it but put me on the spot having to defend myself.”
