I have to travel 290 miles home but my bumper was hanging and in bad shape so I really needed help making sure my car was safe to travel that type of distance with the damages. They were able to put the bumper back, secure it in place and even checked to make sure there was no damage done to the engine and the car was safe to drive. “On Sunday I brought my car to O’Reilly‘s auto parts in Avondale I arrived a little early, so I sat in front and waited for the store to open. A man walked up to me. His name was Lupe and explained that they were not open yet, but asked what was wrong with my car. even though they were not open, Lupe still checked my battery for me and confirmed that I did indeed need a new battery . After I purchased the new battery, and even thought it was a difficult job., Lupe still installed the new battery with no problem. I constantly returned back to O’Reilly‘s because of the amazing customer service I get there . There is several places that sell auto parts, but I would never deviate from going to O’Reillys again and again. I am so thankful to Lupe and the entire staff at O’Reilly‘s auto parts in Avondale.
