“Have yet to install the six shooter and the tunnel inspection cover. But the quality of the parts is great. Package arrived earlier than expected and I even got a sheet of stickers that I requested at checkout. Awesome company. Parts that I bought are solid. Will buy more stuff for my 69 Beetle from here.”

“My battery died over the weekend, went to Sams club but needed an appointment and earliest would be tuesday. Good thing this autozone is near the area. Rob checked my battery and said needed replacement, but he saw the warranty that it is still covered and suggested to try to go back to Sams to save money. I said i will just purchase since i need it by monday. We looked through their inventory, suggested that for a few more dollars i can get the one with 4 year warraty, but they dont have stock. He told me some autozone that has stock and does battery replacement, and if they dont, just buy the battery and they will do it for me. (Thanks Rob)
I called the place, they said they do batt replacement, went there, they checked, have stock but they dont do replacement since a messaged popped up the screen, idk for what reason.
So, i bought the battery, brought it back to Rob, and they installed it for me. Thanks to Luis for installing it under 112F heat.
They have competent staff in this place.. this will be my go-to autozone if im having car problems. Excellent customer service.”

“I have to write this review for my family, even though I wasn’t there myself. My wife was driving cross-country with our four daughters — all seven and under — from Arizona to San Diego when her van started overheating in 117-degree heat. I was on the phone trying to help diagnose the problem from a distance, and I called this store ahead to give them a heads up that she was on her way in with the girls.
Chris took it from there, and he went far beyond what anyone could ask of an auto parts store employee. He was patient and professional with my wife, walked her through exactly what needed to be done, and made sure he had the right parts on hand. He researched the issue, got her the relays she needed and topped off her radiator fluid — but what really stood out was how he treated my family. He made sure my kids had water and a safe, cool place to wait while the van was sorted out.
My wife was alone with four young kids in extreme heat, hundreds of miles from home, and Chris made sure she left that store feeling taken care of instead of stranded. That’s not something you can train — that’s just who he is.”
“All I know is if you need parts the parts crew will get what you need and if it's not at there location they can send you where it is, or have it delivered to there parts counter next day and you can pick it up like I did. Great staff very helpful.”
