“Wasn't there for fuel, newly purchased vehicle exhibited serious mechanical issue brought us in. Leilani was extremely gracious in letting us park under the pump shade (we had a running motor but unsafe to risk moving / steering) while we waited a couple three hours for a tow to the dealer. She put humans before profit, and exemplified customer service. Interior staff was also extremely polite and welcoming during our small purchases while we waited.”

“This store is staffed by friendly and helpful employees. The aisles are always clean and clear, the product easy to find and presenting in a pleasant, consistent manner. I have never visited such a sanitary and well organized store.
The bathrooms are always spotless, product is always well stocked, and the cashiers operate at a speed unparalleled in any industry. I can hardly load items onto the belt quick enough to keep up with them, and they still always manage to make pleasant small talk and not make me feel rushed.
This is a fantastic location, it is obviously well managed, and will continue to be my grocer of choice for the foreseeable future.”
“Loved the Custom Bakery Cake we picked up on 09/29/2923. It worked great for our large party. It was decorated beautifully and tasted great! It was a marble cake with strawberry filling. It was delicious!”

Sprouts is a really nice surprise with fresh produce, bulk food section and good selection of the items I’m looking for. Staff is always friendly and helpful.”

“I've always liked Bashas', especially when they were truly locally owned. I prefer meat over Fry's, but Bashas' prices are generally higher than Fry's or Safeway/Albertson's (much higher than Winco or Aldi). Bakery is good, but preferred years prior when most baked goods were backed in store.”
“Everyone is incredibly helpful, kind and super talkative. The self check out, hot foods, customer service etc...everyone has always been super efficient and supportive of any and all needs. I would just like to add the prices are super expensive which is why I don't shop at Albertsons a lot and if I do it's very limited. However, I do go inside the store atleast once a week. I have seen a lot of customers complain about ridiculous things and the staff always treats everyone with respect.”
“What a pleasant shopping experience I had at Safeway because the atmosphere was wonderful and the selection of fruits and veggies outstanding . I must mention that Carla at the checkout is very good at what she does, I want to take a moment to say this because it’s hard to find good employees that care or go out their way too make you feel special. “I love grocery shopping here. It’s so neat and orderly. The signage is clear and the staff is helpful. They always seem to have specials for whatever holiday is upcoming. We took advantage of the end of the Cinco de Mayo promos. The prices were very fair. You will feel blessed if you are in store when the baguettes are fresh from the ovens.”

“Fresh deli options. The gentleman at the deli counter was courteous, helpful and polite. As soon as I stepped in front of the deli window he welcomed me with a hello and smile instead of ignoring like other places do. I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted so he offered me taste tests. I'm so glad he did because it definitely helped me make the right decision. Even though they were probably busy and had other things to do they offered great customer service. I love this Safeway.”

They are always there to help when we need them, Today I visited, and this lady was putting more ground beef on the shelf and she specifically asked us what we're looking for and then she ran all the way to the back to grab the one we wanted. Wow. She was amazing! Thank you!!The weekends get a little crazy and crowded. Better to come on weekdays. Today there were no carts inside so we had to grab one from outside. I love the low prices, and I feel like I can navigate the store pretty well. Overall, this Walmart is probably the best one I've ever been to. No crackhead energy! Haha”

“They have some pretty good sushi at the Fry's supermarket. They have other locations around the area as well. There was a spicy combo with spicy tuna, spicy California salad, California with spicy tuna. That is about $12. Before tax. There is the tuna lover. It has tuna, seaweed salad, spicy tuna, and scallion. That is approximately ten dollars before tax. Interestingly the first is three servings per container and the second is two servings per container. This is printed on the outside sticker. They have another spicy combo with spicy tuna, spicy salmon and spicy California. It is approximately ten dollars and two servings per container. Although not as good as restaurant quality sushi it is good to pick up when in a hurry and I am already at the store. It is also good to pick up when they have discounts or promotions. What I don't like about it is that the rice tends to be hard especially after it has been in the refrigerator for a while. The second thing I don't like is that the sushi tends to take on a wasabi taste especially the ones near the end where the wasabi is located. I don't like wasabi.”

“This is my neighborhood grocery place that offers rewards for gas and other "Best Customer" bonuses. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for a couple employees that watch me extra close at the self checkout like I'm a known thief. I try to use the actual checkout lines if I have more than a few items because of this.”
